The Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was born at a time when ignorance prevailed in the world. However, by the Will of Allah, the revelations he received, his practices and his sayings became a source of guidance for mankind. These teachings are preserved in the form of the Quran, Sunnah and Ahadith. The Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him said:

Whoso, with a view to the welfare and reformation of my people, committed to memory at least forty of my Hadi...
