HADRAT MIRZA GHULAM AHMADAS فَدَمُ الرِّجَالِ لِصِدْقِهِمْ فِي حُبِّهِمْ تَحْتَ السُّيُوفِ أُرِيقَ كَالْأَطْلَاءِ So the blood of these men, who were true and sincere, Was spilled under the swords like that of a deer. بَلَغَ الْقُلُوبُ إِلَى الْحَنَاجِرِ كُرْبَةً فَتَخَيَّرُوا لِلَّهِ كُلَّ عَنَاءِ When their hearts were beating in such anxiety as if they had reached their throats; They adopted every hardship for the sake of Allah. دَخَلُوا حَدِيقَةَ مِلَّةٍ غَرَّاءِ عَذْبَ الْمَوَارِدِ مُثْمِرَ الشَّجْرَاءِ They entered the garden of this noble dispensation; Which has many springs and fruitful trees. وَفَنَوْا بِحُبِّ الْمُصْطَفَى فَبِحُبِّهِ قُطِعُوا مِنَ الْآبَاءِ وَالْأَبْنَاءِ They were consumed in their love for the Chosen Onesas and due to their love for him; They became cut-off from their fathers and sons. قَبِلُوَالِدِينِ اللَّهِ كُلَّ مُصِيبَةٍ حَتَّى رَضُوا بِمَصَائِبِ الْإِجْلَاءِ They accepted every calamity for the sake of the Religion of Allah; They even agreed to undergo the hardships of exile. 57
