شوى شاظ Consultation, mutual debate in order that one may see another's opinion; counsel or advice; a command or order; the extracting or drawing forth. أَمْرُهُمْ شُوْرَى بَيْنَهُمْ : They decide their affairs by mutual consultation (42:39) شَاظَ ]aor. يَشُوْظٌ inf. noun شَاظَ بفُلان شَوْظٌ : He abused such a one and accused him. شَاظَ بِهِ الْغَضَبُ : He became excited; his anger became enkindled شُوَاظٌ : Flame or fire without smoke; heat of fire or sun; flame of fire; thirst or vehement thirst; جَمَلٌ بِهِ شُوَاظٌ : A thirsty camel; inveighing against or reviling; clamour. لَهُمْ شُوَاظٌ مِّنْ نَّارٍ : For them is a flame of fire )55:36(. شَاكَ ]aor. يَشُوْكُ inf. noun شَاكَنِي الشَّوْكُ شَوْفٌ : The thorn hurt or wounded me or pierced my body. شَاكَ الشَوْكَةَ : He extracted the thorn (from his foot( شَاكَتِ الشَّجَرَةُ : The tree was thorny or abounded with thorns شَاكَ الرَّجُلُ : The man exhibited his شَوْكَةٌ i. e. vehemence of might or strength or his prowess and his sharpness. شَوْكَةٌ : Thorn; string point of a spear etc; any weapon or weapons; sharpness of weapons; strength or might or vehemence there of in war and fighting; vehemence of encounter and sharpness. شَوْكَةُ الْعَقْرَبِ : The sting of scorpion. لَهُمْ شَوْكَةٌ فِي الْحَرْبِ : They have vehemence of might or strength or valour in war. غَيْرَ ذَاتِ الشَّوْكَةِ : The one without sting )88( هُو ذُوْشَوْكَةٍ فِي الْعُدُوِّ : He has effectiveness in the infliction of havoc among the enemy. شاه ]aor. يَشُوْهُ inf. noun شَاهَ وَجْهُهُ شَوْهٌ : His face was foul, ugly. شَوِهَتْ عُنقه : His neck was long or short. شَاهَتِ الْوُجُوهُ : The faces became ugly. شَوَى ]aor. يَشْوِى inf. noun شَوَى اللَّحْمَ شَيٌّ : He roasted, broiled or fried the meat. شَوَى الْمَاءَ : He heated the water. كَالْمُهْلِ يَشْوِى الْوُجُوْهَ : Like molten lead which will burn or roast the faces )18:30( شَوًى : Arms or hands and the legs or feet, or the fore and hind legs; the extremities collectively; the head of a human being; any part that is not a vital place where a wound causes death such for instance as the legs; anything paltry or worthless. نَزَّاعَةً لِلشَّوى : Stripping off the skin even to the extremities of the body 458
