سفر سفح fornication with her. تَسَافَحَا or سَافَحَا : They committed fornication or abomination. سِفَاحٌ and مُسَافَحَةٌ : The committing of fornication with another. مُسَافِحٌ act. part. A fornicator; مُسَافِحَةٌ )feminine of )مُسَافِحٌ( : A fornicatoress; a woman who does not abstain from fornication. إِبْنُ مُسَافِحَةٍ : Son of a fornicatoress. مُسَافِحِيْنَ )plural of مُسَافِحُ( : Fornicators and مُسَافِحَاتٌ )plural of مُسَافِحَةٌ( : Fornicatoresses )4:25,26( دَمٌ مَّسْفُوْحٌ : Blood poured forth )6:146( مَسْفُوحٌ also means, stretched upon the ground; wide; thick; coarse or big سَفِيحُ : The offspring of fornication. سَفَّاحٌ : A shedder of much blood; one who gives much; a fluent and eloquent speaker. سَفَرَ ]aor. يَسْفُرُ inf. noun سَفَرَ الْكِتَابَ سَفْرٌ : He wrote the book سَفَرَتْ عَنْ وَجْهِهَا : She removed the veil from her face. سَفَرَتِ الشَّمْسُ : The sun rose. سَفَرَ الصُّبْحُ : The morning shone forth. سَفَرْتُ بَيْنَ الْقَوْمِ )aor. يَسْفُرُ and يَسْفِرُ inf. noun سَفَارَةٌ ( : I effected reconciliation between the people. سَفَرَتِ الْحَرْبُ : The fighting declined. سَفَرَالْبَيْتَ : He swept away the house. سَفَرَ وَسَافَرَ )aor. يَسْفُرُ and يَسْفِرُ inf. noun سُفَوْرٌ and سَفِرٌ( : He went on a journey. مُسَافِرٌ : A traveller, journey-man أَسْفَرَتِ الشَّجَرَةُ : The tree had its leaves swept away by the wind, they having changed in colour and become white. اَسْفَرَ الصُّبْحُ : The dawn shone forth. وَالصُّبْحِ إِذَا أَسْفَرَ : And by the dawn when it shines forth )74:35( أَسْفَرَ الْوَجْهُ : The face became beautiful and shone with happiness. وَجْهُ مُسْفِرٌ )act part from اَسْفَرَ( : A face shining with happiness. وُجُوْهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّسْفِرَةٌ : Faces on that day will be bright; shining with happiness )10:39( سَفَرٌ : Journey or travel; the act of journeying (plural is أَسْفَارٌ ; the whiteness of dawn or day-break; dawn or day-break. إِنْ كُنْتُمْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ : If you are on a journey )2:284( بَاعِدْ بَيْنَ أَسْفَارِنَا Place longer distances between the stages of our journeys )3:20( سِفْرٌ : A book or writing; a great or large book; a book that discovers or reveals truth. )اَسْفَارٌ plural( يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا : Carrying a load of books )626( سَفَرَةٌ )singular is سَافِرٌ i. e. a writer; a scribe): Writers or scribes )10:16( السُّفْرَةُ : The food of the traveller. سَفِيْرٌ : An ambassador; a mediator; a messenger who makes peace; a commissioned agent. سَفَارَةٌ : Office of a سَفِيرٌ 397
