حل عَلِيْمٌ حَكِيمٌ : Allah is All-Knowing, Wise )4:27( حُكُوْمَةٌ : Judicial authority; dominion; rule. حَكَمٌ or حَاكِمٌ )plural( حُكّام( : A judge; an arbitrator or umpire; an arbiter. أَفَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ اَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا : Shall I seek for judge other than Allah )6:115( فَابْعَثُوا حَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ : Then appoint an arbiter from his folk )4:36( الْحَاكِمُ : The Supreme judge. أَحْكَمُ الْحَاكِمِينَ : The Wisest of those who are qualified to judge or possess the attributes of wisdom )95:9( مُحْكَمٌ : Firm stable strong, sound, solid; decisive in meaning; a passage of which the meaning is secured from change and alteration and abrogation ) مُحْكَمَةٌ feminine. مُحْكَمَاتٌ is plural of فَإِذَا مُحْكَمَةٌ أُنْزِلَتْ سُوْرَةٌ مُّحْكَمَةٌ : When a decisive Chapter is revealed )47:21(. مِنْهُ آيَاتٌ مُّحْكَمَاتٌ : In it there are verses that are decisive in meaning (3:8). لک لگ فَيَحِلَّ عَلَيْكُمْ غَضَبِي وَمَنْ يَحْلِلْ عَلَيْهِ غَضَبِى . them ]aor. يَحُلُّ inf. noun حَلَّ الْعُقْدَةَ حَلًّا : He untied or opened a knot. وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّنْ لِسَانِي : And Thou loose the knot from my tongue (20:28) also means, he dissolved or melted the thing; he solved a problem; he analyzed a thing. حَلَّ aor. يَحُلُّ and يَحِلُّ inf noun حَلٌّ and حَلَّ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ . حُلُوْلاً : The punishment of God was or became due to take effect upon him. حَلَّ الْمَكَانَ أَوْ بِالْمَكَانِ : He alighted or descended or lodged etc. in the place. أَوْ تَحُلُّ قَرِيبًا مِّنْ دَارِهِمْ : Or it alight near their home )13:32( حَلَّ الْعَذَابَ أَوْبِهِمُ الْعَذَابُ أَوْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعَذَابُ : The punishment befell them or alighted upon : Lest My wrath descend upon you and he upon whom My wrath descends )20:82( حَلَّ الدَّيْنُ aor. يَحِلُّ( : The debt became due حَلَّ عَلَيْهِ الدَّيْنُ : The payment of the debt became obligatory upon him. حَدَّلَ الْيَمِينَ )inf. noun تَحِلَّةٌ( : The oath became expiated. قَدْ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ تَحِلَّةَ أَيْمَانِكُمْ : God has sanctioned for you the expiation of your oaths )663( حَلّ )inf. noun حِلّ( : He was or became free from an obligation or responsibility; he quitted his state of وَإِذَا إِحْرَامٌ حَلَلْتُمْ فَاصْطَادُوْا : And when you quit the state of إِحْرَامٌ you may hunt )5:3( حَدَّتِ إِلْمَرْأَةُ الْعِدَّةَ : The woman quitted the appointed term ) حَلَّ . (عِدَّةٌ )aor. يَحِلُّ inf. noun حَلالٌ or حِلُّ( : It (a thing) was or became lawful, allowable or free. لا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ : It is not lawful for them or permissible to them )2:229( كَانَ حِلّا لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ : Was لک 198 لگ حكم حَلَّ
