جری جرم do not act justly )53( جَرَمَ : He committed a sin, a crime, a fault, an offence or an act of disobedience. أَجْرَمَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَوْ عَلَيْهِمْ : He committed against them a crime for which he should be punished. إِجْرَامٌ is inf. noun from أَجْرَمَ. The Holy Qur'an says سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوْا صَغَارٌ : Humiliation from Allah will befall the guilty people )6:125( إِنِ افْتَرَيْتُهُ فَعَلَيَّ إِجْرَامِي : If I have forged a lie, on me is my guilt )11:36( جَرِم : His sin became great or his body became great. جَرَمَ الشَّيْءَ also means the completed the thing. جُرْمٌ : A in a crime, a fault, an offence or an act of disobedience (syn. ذَنْبٌ )or )إِثْمٌ( : transgression. جِرْمٌ )plural( أَجْرَامٌ( : The body . الْاَجْرَامُ الْفَلَكِيَّةُ : Heavenly bodies. لاَجَرَمَ originally it was equally to لابد and لامحالة meaning there is no avoiding it or it is absolutely necessary, then by reason of frequency of use it began to be used in the sense of oathie. حَقًّا : Verily or truly. لاَجَرَمَ لَافْعَلَنَّ كَذَا : Verily, I will do this. لاَجَرَمَ أَنَّ لَهُمُ النَّارَ : Verily for them is Fire )16:63( مُجْرِمُ )plural( مُجْرِمُوْنَ and )مُجْرِمِينَ( : A sinner; a criminal; a guilty person; a committer of an offence, fault guilt or an act of disobedience. مَنْ يَّاتِ رَبَّهُ مُجْرِمًا : Who will come to his Lord as a guilty person or a sinner )20:75( وَجَعَلْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَابِرَمُجْرِمِيْهَا : We have made in every town the guilty ones its leaders (6:124). و لگ جَرَى ]aor. يَجْرِى inf. noun جَرْيٌّ and جَرَى الْمَاءُ جَرَيَانٌ : The water flowed, ran quickly. جَرَى الْفَرَسُ : The horse ran جَرَتِ السَّفِينَةُ : The ship or boat floated or sailed or ran. جَرَتِ الشَّمْسُ : The sun pursued its course. جَرَى الْأَمْرُ : The thing happened. جَرَى إِلى كَذَا : He betook himself to such a thing he aimed at it. جَرَيْنَ بِهِمْ بِرِيحٍ طَيِّبَةٍ : And they sail on with them in a pleasant wind )10:23( أَجْرَى دَمْعًا : He shed tears. تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ : Beneath it rivers flow )2:26( فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ : In it are two springs flowing )55:51( فِيْهَا عَيْنٌ جَارِيَةٌ : In it are flowing fountains )88:13( جَارِيَّةٌ )feminine of الْجَارِى( صَدَقَةٌ جَارِيَةٌ : A continuous or permanent charity : جَارِيَّةٌ also means, a ship (plural جَوَارِ because of its running upon the sea; the sun; )الْجَوَارِ الْكُنَّسِ Stars (81:17). ); a girl or young woman; the wind; a female slave; an old woman; the eye of an animal; a benefit, favour, blessing or boon bestowed by God upon His servants. 134
