It is certain, though we find no remains in Cashmere of the Jewish religion, the people there being all either Gentiles or Mahomedans, that there are several vestiges of a race descended from the Israelites. The air of the face, and the look of the present inhabitants, have something of what is peculiar to the Jews, which distinguishes them from all other people.
