PART ONE ہمچو طفلے پر وریده در برے آنکه مجذوب عنایات Who has been drawn towards the Divine with His bounties and grace. Who has been raised in His lap like a child. آنکه در تیر و کرم بحر عظیم آنکه در لطف اتم یکتا ڈرے Who, in piety and beneficence, is a boundless ocean, Who, in kindness and compassion, is a matchless pearl; آنکه در جود و سخا ابر بہار آنکه در فیض و عطا یک خاوری Who, in his generosity and munificence, is like the spring rain; Who, in his favours and bounties, is a sun. آل رحیم و رحم حق را آیتے آن کریم و جود حق را مظہرے Who is merciful and a sign of God's mercy; Who is generous and a manifestation of divine munificence. زشت رو را میکند خوش منظری آن رخ فرخ که یک دیدار او Whose countenance is so delightful, That a glimpse of it turns an ugly face into one of beauty. آن دل روشن که روشن کرده است صد درون تیره را چون اختری Whose luminous heart has caused hundreds of souls, That had been plunged into darkness, to shine like stars. 27
