24 * BARĀHIN-E-AHMADIYYA از در و بام او ببارد نور ہر کہ گیرد درت بصدق و حضور Whoever sticks to Your threshold with devotion and sincerity; His household is filled with light. ہر کہ راحت گرفت کارش شد صد امیدی بروز گارش شد Whosoever adheres to Your path, achieves all his objectives, And a plenitude of hope shines upon all his affairs. تافت آن رو که سرنتافته است هر که راه تو جست یافته است Whosoever seeks Your path, finds it, And resplendent becomes the face that does not turn away from You. وانکه از ظل قربت تو رمید بر در هر که رفت ذلت دید But he who runs away from Your shelter, Finds only disgrace no matter where he turns. اے خداوند من گناهم بخش سوئے درگاه خویش را هم بخش O my God, forgive my sins, And show me the path to Your Presence. روشنی بخش در دل و جانم پاک گن از گناه پنهانم Vouchsafe light to my heart and soul, And cleanse me of my hidden sins. As in the original. It seems that the word intended here is رات and the couplet has been translated above accordingly. [Publishers]
