• اسراف سے بچو (۷ جنوری ۱۹۱۶)

  • 1

    وَہُوَ الَّذِیۡ جَعَلَ الَّیۡلَ وَالنَّہَارَ خِلۡفَۃً لِّمَنۡ اَرَادَ اَنۡ یَّذَّکَّرَ اَوۡ اَرَادَ شُکُوۡرًا ﴿۶۳﴾

    And He it is Who has made the night and the day, each following the other, for him who desires to remember, or desires to be grateful.

  • 1

    وَعِبَادُ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الَّذِیۡنَ یَمۡشُوۡنَ عَلَی الۡاَرۡضِ ہَوۡنًا وَّاِذَا خَاطَبَہُمُ الۡجٰہِلُوۡنَ قَالُوۡا سَلٰمًا ﴿۶۴﴾

    And the servants of the Gracious God are those who walk on the earth in a dignified manner, and when the ignorant address them, they say, ‘Peace!’

  • 1

    وَالَّذِیۡنَ یَبِیۡتُوۡنَ لِرَبِّہِمۡ سُجَّدًا وَّقِیَامًا ﴿۶۵﴾

    And who spend the night before their Lord, prostrate and standing,

  • 1

    وَالَّذِیۡنَ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ رَبَّنَا اصۡرِفۡ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَہَنَّمَ ٭ۖ اِنَّ عَذَابَہَا کَانَ غَرَامًا ﴿٭ۖ۶۶﴾

    And who say, ‘Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell; for the punishment thereof is a lasting torment.

  • 1

    اِنَّہَا سَآءَتۡ مُسۡتَقَرًّا وَّمُقَامًا ﴿۶۷﴾

    ‘It is indeed evil as a place of rest and as an abode;’

  • 1

    وَالَّذِیۡنَ اِذَاۤ اَنۡفَقُوۡا لَمۡ یُسۡرِفُوۡا وَلَمۡ یَقۡتُرُوۡا وَکَانَ بَیۡنَ ذٰلِکَ قَوَامًا ﴿۶۸﴾

    And those who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor niggardly but moderate between the two;

  • 2

    وَقَالَتِ الۡیَہُوۡدُ عُزَیۡرُ ۣابۡنُ اللّٰہِ وَقَالَتِ النَّصٰرَی الۡمَسِیۡحُ ابۡنُ اللّٰہِ ؕ ذٰلِکَ قَوۡلُہُمۡ بِاَفۡوَاہِہِمۡ ۚ یُضَاہِـُٔوۡنَ قَوۡلَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ قَبۡلُ ؕ قٰتَلَہُمُ اللّٰہُ ۚ۫ اَنّٰی یُؤۡفَکُوۡنَ ﴿۳۰﴾

    And the Jews say, Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say, the Messiah is the son of Allah; that is what they say with their mouths. They imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before them. Allah’s curse be on them! How are they turned away!

  • صفاتِ الٰہیہ کو نہ سمجھنے سے تمام خرابیاں پیدا ہوتی ہیں (۱۴ جنوری ۱۹۱۶)

  • 8

    اَلۡیَوۡمَ اُحِلَّ لَکُمُ الطَّیِّبٰتُ ؕ وَطَعَامُ الَّذِیۡنَ اُوۡتُوا الۡکِتٰبَ حِلٌّ لَّکُمۡ ۪ وَطَعَامُکُمۡ حِلٌّ لَّہُمۡ ۫ وَالۡمُحۡصَنٰتُ مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ وَالۡمُحۡصَنٰتُ مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ اُوۡتُوا الۡکِتٰبَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِکُمۡ اِذَاۤ اٰتَیۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ اُجُوۡرَہُنَّ مُحۡصِنِیۡنَ غَیۡرَ مُسٰفِحِیۡنَ وَلَا مُتَّخِذِیۡۤ اَخۡدَانٍ ؕ وَمَنۡ یَّکۡفُرۡ بِالۡاِیۡمَانِ فَقَدۡ حَبِطَ عَمَلُہٗ ۫ وَہُوَ فِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ مِنَ الۡخٰسِرِیۡنَ ﴿٪۶﴾

    This day all good things have been made lawful for you. And the food of the People of the Book is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. And lawful for you are chaste believing women and chaste women from among those who were given the Book before you, when you give them their dowries, contracting valid marriage and not committing fornication nor taking secret paramours. And whoever rejects the faith, his work has doubtless come to naught, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers.

  • فِتنے اور آزمائشیں روحانی ترقی کے لئے ضروری ہیں (۱۸ فروری ۱۹۱۶)

  • 26

    اَحَسِبَ النَّاسُ اَنۡ یُّتۡرَکُوۡۤا اَنۡ یَّقُوۡلُوۡۤا اٰمَنَّا وَہُمۡ لَا یُفۡتَنُوۡنَ ﴿۳﴾

    Do men think that they will be left alone because they say, ‘We believe,’ and that they will not be tested?

  • 26

    وَلَقَدۡ فَتَنَّا الَّذِیۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِمۡ فَلَیَعۡلَمَنَّ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡنَ صَدَقُوۡا وَلَیَعۡلَمَنَّ الۡکٰذِبِیۡنَ ﴿۴﴾

    And We did test those who were before them. So Allah will surely distinguish those who are truthful and He will surely distinguish the liars from the truthful.

  • دو دو چار چار بیویاں کرو! (۱۰ مارچ ۱۹۱۶)

  • 52

    وَاٰتُوا الۡیَتٰمٰۤی اَمۡوَالَہُمۡ وَلَا تَتَبَدَّلُوا الۡخَبِیۡثَ بِالطَّیِّبِ ۪ وَلَا تَاۡکُلُوۡۤا اَمۡوَالَہُمۡ اِلٰۤی اَمۡوَالِکُمۡ ؕ اِنَّہٗ کَانَ حُوۡبًا کَبِیۡرًا ﴿۳﴾

    And give to the orphans their property and exchange not the bad for the good, and devour not their property with your own. Surely, it is a great sin.

  • ترقیٴ اسلام کیلئے کثرت سے دُعائیں کرو (۱۷ مارچ ۱۹۱۶)

  • 65

    تِلۡکَ اٰیٰتُ الۡکِتٰبِ الۡمُبِیۡنِ ﴿۳﴾

    These are verses of the clear Book.

  • فروعی مسائل میں جھگڑے نہ کرو (۲۴ مارچ ۱۹۱۶)

  • 67

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِذَا لَقِیۡتُمۡ فِئَۃً فَاثۡبُتُوۡا وَاذۡکُرُوا اللّٰہَ کَثِیۡرًا لَّعَلَّکُمۡ تُفۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿ۚ۴۶﴾

    O ye who believe! when you encounter an army, remain firm, and remember Allah much that you may prosper.

  • 67

    وَاَطِیۡعُوا اللّٰہَ وَرَسُوۡلَہٗ وَلَا تَنَازَعُوۡا فَتَفۡشَلُوۡا وَتَذۡہَبَ رِیۡحُکُمۡ وَاصۡبِرُوۡا ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ مَعَ الصّٰبِرِیۡنَ ﴿ۚ۴۷﴾

    And obey Allah and His Messenger and dispute not with one another, lest you falter and your power depart from you. And be steadfast; surely, Allah is with the steadfast.

  • 69

    وَمَنۡ یَّقۡتُلۡ مُؤۡمِنًا مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَآؤُہٗ جَہَنَّمُ خٰلِدًا فِیۡہَا وَغَضِبَ اللّٰہُ عَلَیۡہِ وَلَعَنَہٗ وَاَعَدَّ لَہٗ عَذَابًا عَظِیۡمًا ﴿۹۴﴾

    And whoso kills a believer intentionally, his reward shall be Hell wherein he shall abide. And Allah will be wroth with him and will curse him and will prepare for him a great punishment.

  • سُود ہر صُورت میں منع ہے (۷ اپریل ۱۹۱۶)

  • 78

    حُرِّمَتۡ عَلَیۡکُمُ الۡمَیۡتَۃُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحۡمُ الۡخِنۡزِیۡرِ وَمَاۤ اُہِلَّ لِغَیۡرِ اللّٰہِ بِہٖ وَالۡمُنۡخَنِقَۃُ وَالۡمَوۡقُوۡذَۃُ وَالۡمُتَرَدِّیَۃُ وَالنَّطِیۡحَۃُ وَمَاۤ اَکَلَ السَّبُعُ اِلَّا مَا ذَکَّیۡتُمۡ ۟ وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَی النُّصُبِ وَاَنۡ تَسۡتَقۡسِمُوۡا بِالۡاَزۡلَامِ ؕ ذٰلِکُمۡ فِسۡقٌ ؕ اَلۡیَوۡمَ یَئِسَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا مِنۡ دِیۡنِکُمۡ فَلَا تَخۡشَوۡہُمۡ وَاخۡشَوۡنِ ؕ اَلۡیَوۡمَ اَکۡمَلۡتُ لَکُمۡ دِیۡنَکُمۡ وَاَتۡمَمۡتُ عَلَیۡکُمۡ نِعۡمَتِیۡ وَرَضِیۡتُ لَکُمُ الۡاِسۡلَامَ دِیۡنًا ؕ فَمَنِ اضۡطُرَّ فِیۡ مَخۡمَصَۃٍ غَیۡرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لِّاِثۡمٍ ۙ فَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿۴﴾

    Forbidden to you is the flesh of an animal which dies of itself, and blood and the flesh of swine; and that on which is invoked the name of one other than Allah; and that which has been strangled; and that beaten to death; and that killed by a fall; and that which has been gored to death; and that of which a wild animal has eaten, except that which you have properly slaughtered; and that which has been slaughtered at an altar. And forbidden is also that you seek to know your lot by the divining arrows. That is an act of disobedience. This day have those who disbelieve despaired of harming your religion. So fear them not, but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you and completed My favour upon you and have chosen for you Islam as religion. But whoso is forced by hunger, without being wilfully inclined to sin, then, surely, Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.

  • 79

    وَاِذۡ یَرۡفَعُ اِبۡرٰہٖمُ الۡقَوَاعِدَ مِنَ الۡبَیۡتِ وَاِسۡمٰعِیۡلُ ؕ رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلۡ مِنَّا ؕ اِنَّکَ اَنۡتَ السَّمِیۡعُ الۡعَلِیۡمُ ﴿۱۲۸﴾

    And remember the time when Abraham and Ishmael raised the foundations of the House, praying, ‘Our Lord, accept this from us; for Thou art All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

  • دُنیا کی تمام اشیاء انسان کی خدمت کے لئے پیدا کی گئی ہیں (۱۴ اپریل ۱۹۱۶)

  • 83

    وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا السَّمَآءَ وَالۡاَرۡضَ وَمَا بَیۡنَہُمَا بَاطِلًا ؕ ذٰلِکَ ظَنُّ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا ۚ فَوَیۡلٌ لِّلَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا مِنَ النَّارِ ﴿ؕ۲۸﴾

    And We have not created the heaven and the earth and all that is between them in vain. That is the view of those who disbelieve. Woe, then, to the disbelievers because of the Fire.

  • 83

    اَمۡ نَجۡعَلُ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ کَالۡمُفۡسِدِیۡنَ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ ۫ اَمۡ نَجۡعَلُ الۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ کَالۡفُجَّارِ ﴿۲۹﴾

    Shall We treat those who believe and do good works like those who act corruptly in the earth? Shall We treat the righteous like the wicked?

  • خدا کی اطاعت کرنیوالے ہی اس کے انعامات کے وارث ہوں گے (۲۸ اپریل ۱۹۱۶)

  • 92

    فَرِحَ الۡمُخَلَّفُوۡنَ بِمَقۡعَدِہِمۡ خِلٰفَ رَسُوۡلِ اللّٰہِ وَکَرِہُوۡۤا اَنۡ یُّجَاہِدُوۡا بِاَمۡوَالِہِمۡ وَاَنۡفُسِہِمۡ فِیۡ سَبِیۡلِ اللّٰہِ وَقَالُوۡا لَا تَنۡفِرُوۡا فِی الۡحَرِّ ؕ قُلۡ نَارُ جَہَنَّمَ اَشَدُّ حَرًّا ؕ لَوۡ کَانُوۡا یَفۡقَہُوۡنَ ﴿۸۱﴾

    Those who were left behind rejoiced in their sitting at home behind the back of the Messenger of Allah, and were averse to striving with their property and their persons in the cause of Allah. And they said, ‘Go not forth in the heat.’ Say, ‘The fire of Hell is more intense in heat.’ Could they but understand!

  • 92

    فَلۡیَضۡحَکُوۡا قَلِیۡلًا وَّلۡیَبۡکُوۡا کَثِیۡرًا ۚ جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا کَانُوۡا یَکۡسِبُوۡنَ ﴿۸۲﴾

    They must laugh little and weep much as a reward for that which they used to earn.

  • بدظنی ہلاکت کا باعث ہے (۱۲ مئی ۱۹۱۶)

  • 108

    قُلۡنَا اہۡبِطُوۡا مِنۡہَا جَمِیۡعًا ۚ فَاِمَّا یَاۡتِیَنَّکُمۡ مِّنِّیۡ ہُدًی فَمَنۡ تَبِعَ ہُدَایَ فَلَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا ہُمۡ یَحۡزَنُوۡنَ ﴿۳۹﴾

    We said: ‘Go forth, all of you, from here. And if there comes to you guidance from Me, then whoso shall follow My guidance, on them shall come no fear, nor shall they grieve.’

  • اصلاح کے لئے محاسبہ نفس ضروری ہے (۲ جون ۱۹۱۶)

  • 117

    وَفِی الۡاَرۡضِ اٰیٰتٌ لِّلۡمُوۡقِنِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۲۱﴾

    And in the earth are Signs for those who have certainty of faith,

  • 117

    وَفِیۡۤ اَنۡفُسِکُمۡ ؕ اَفَلَا تُبۡصِرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۲﴾

    And also in your own selves. Will you not then see?

  • 120

    وَلَقَدۡ عَہِدۡنَاۤ اِلٰۤی اٰدَمَ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ فَنَسِیَ وَلَمۡ نَجِدۡ لَہٗ عَزۡمًا ﴿۱۱۶﴾٪

    And verily, We had made a covenant with Adam beforehand, but he forgot, and We found in him no determination to disobey.

  • کلام کو بگاڑ کر پیش کرنے والے لوگ کون ہوتے ہیں؟ (۹ جون ۱۹۱۶)

  • 128

    اَفَتَطۡمَعُوۡنَ اَنۡ یُّؤۡمِنُوۡا لَکُمۡ وَقَدۡ کَانَ فَرِیۡقٌ مِّنۡہُمۡ یَسۡمَعُوۡنَ کَلٰمَ اللّٰہِ ثُمَّ یُحَرِّفُوۡنَہٗ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا عَقَلُوۡہُ وَہُمۡ یَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۷۶﴾

    Do you expect that they will believe you when a party of them hear the word of Allah, then pervert it after they have understood it, and they know the consequences thereof ?

  • 134

    وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ اِلَّا لِیُطَاعَ بِاِذۡنِ اللّٰہِ ؕ وَلَوۡ اَنَّہُمۡ اِذۡ ظَّلَمُوۡۤا اَنۡفُسَہُمۡ جَآءُوۡکَ فَاسۡتَغۡفَرُوا اللّٰہَ وَاسۡتَغۡفَرَ لَہُمُ الرَّسُوۡلُ لَوَجَدُوا اللّٰہَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِیۡمًا ﴿۶۵﴾

    And We have sent no Messenger but that he should be obeyed by the command of Allah. And if they had come to thee when they had wronged their souls, and asked forgiveness of Allah, and if the Messenger also had asked forgiveness for them, they would have surely found Allah Oft-Returning with compassion and Merciful.

  • دُعا پر بہت زور دو (۱۶ جون ۱۹۱۶)

  • 145

    اَمَّنۡ یُّجِیۡبُ الۡمُضۡطَرَّ اِذَا دَعَاہُ وَیَکۡشِفُ السُّوۡٓءَ وَیَجۡعَلُکُمۡ خُلَفَآءَ الۡاَرۡضِ ؕ ءَاِلٰہٌ مَّعَ اللّٰہِ ؕ قَلِیۡلًا مَّا تَذَکَّرُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۶۳﴾

    Or, Who answers the distressed person when he calls upon Him, and removes the evil, and makes you successors in the earth? Is there a God besides Allah? Little is it that you reflect.

  • مبلّغینِ سِلسلہ کی دُعاؤں سے مدد کرو (۲۳ جون ۱۹۱۶)

  • 152

    وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا الۡاِنۡسَانَ وَنَعۡلَمُ مَا تُوَسۡوِسُ بِہٖ نَفۡسُہٗ ۚۖ وَنَحۡنُ اَقۡرَبُ اِلَیۡہِ مِنۡ حَبۡلِ الۡوَرِیۡدِ ﴿۱۷﴾

    And assuredly, We have created man and We know what his physical self whispers to him, and We are nearer to him than even his jugular vein.

  • دُعاؤں کے قبول ہونیکے وقت سے فائدہ اٹھاؤ (۷ جولائی ۱۹۱۶)

  • 164

    فَلَوۡلَا کَانَتۡ قَرۡیَۃٌ اٰمَنَتۡ فَنَفَعَہَاۤ اِیۡمَانُہَاۤ اِلَّا قَوۡمَ یُوۡنُسَ ؕ لَمَّاۤ اٰمَنُوۡا کَشَفۡنَا عَنۡہُمۡ عَذَابَ الۡخِزۡیِ فِی الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا وَمَتَّعۡنٰہُمۡ اِلٰی حِیۡنٍ ﴿۹۹﴾

    Why was there no other people, save the people of Jonah, who should have believed so that their belief would have profited them? When they believed, We removed from them the punishment of disgrace in the present life, and We gave them provision for a while.

  • قبولیّت دُعا کے طریق (۲۱ جولائی ۱۹۱۶)

  • 182

    یٰبَنِیَّ اذۡہَبُوۡا فَتَحَسَّسُوۡا مِنۡ یُّوۡسُفَ وَاَخِیۡہِ وَلَا تَایۡـَٔسُوۡا مِنۡ رَّوۡحِ اللّٰہِ ؕ اِنَّہٗ لَا یَایۡـَٔسُ مِنۡ رَّوۡحِ اللّٰہِ اِلَّا الۡقَوۡمُ الۡکٰفِرُوۡنَ ﴿۸۸﴾

    ‘O my sons, go ye and search for Joseph and his brother and despair not of the mercy of Allah; for none despairs of Allah’s mercy save the unbelieving people.’

  • دُعاؤں کی طرف توجّہ کرو (۱۱ اگست ۱۹۱۶)

  • 220

    لَہٗ مُعَقِّبٰتٌ مِّنۡۢ بَیۡنِ یَدَیۡہِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِہٖ یَحۡفَظُوۡنَہٗ مِنۡ اَمۡرِ اللّٰہِ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَا یُغَیِّرُ مَا بِقَوۡمٍ حَتّٰی یُغَیِّرُوۡا مَا بِاَنۡفُسِہِمۡ ؕ وَاِذَاۤ اَرَادَ اللّٰہُ بِقَوۡمٍ سُوۡٓءًا فَلَا مَرَدَّ لَہٗ ۚ وَمَا لَہُمۡ مِّنۡ دُوۡنِہٖ مِنۡ وَّالٍ ﴿۱۲﴾

    For him (the Messenger) is a succession of angels before him and behind him; they guard him by the command of Allah. Surely, Allah changes not the condition of a people until they change that which is in their hearts. And when Allah wishes to punish a people, there is no repelling it, nor have they any helper beside Him.

  • 222

    وَاکۡتُبۡ لَنَا فِیۡ ہٰذِہِ الدُّنۡیَا حَسَنَۃً وَّفِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ اِنَّا ہُدۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکَ ؕ قَالَ عَذَابِیۡۤ اُصِیۡبُ بِہٖ مَنۡ اَشَآءُ ۚ وَرَحۡمَتِیۡ وَسِعَتۡ کُلَّ شَیۡءٍ ؕ فَسَاَکۡتُبُہَا لِلَّذِیۡنَ یَتَّقُوۡنَ وَیُؤۡتُوۡنَ الزَّکٰوۃَ وَالَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ بِاٰیٰتِنَا یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ﴿۱۵۷﴾ۚ

    ‘And ordain for us good in this world, as well as in the next; we have turned to Thee with repentance.’ God replied, ‘I will inflict My punishment on whom I will; but My mercy encompasses all things; so I will ordain it for those who act righteously, and pay the Zakat and those who believe in Our Signs —

  • مشکلات کے وقت بہت زیادہ ہمّت دکھانی چاہئیے! (۲۵ اگست ۱۹۱۶)

  • 224

    وَلَمَّا رَاَ الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ الۡاَحۡزَابَ ۙ قَالُوۡا ہٰذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا اللّٰہُ وَرَسُوۡلُہٗ وَصَدَقَ اللّٰہُ وَرَسُوۡلُہٗ ۫ وَمَا زَادَہُمۡ اِلَّاۤ اِیۡمَانًا وَّتَسۡلِیۡمًا ﴿ؕ۲۳﴾

    And when the believers saw the confederates, they said, ‘This is what Allah and His Messenger promised us; and Allah and His Messenger spoke the truth.’ And it only added to their faith and submission.

  • 224

    مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوۡا مَا عَاہَدُوا اللّٰہَ عَلَیۡہِ ۚ فَمِنۡہُمۡ مَّنۡ قَضٰی نَحۡبَہٗ وَمِنۡہُمۡ مَّنۡ یَّنۡتَظِرُ ۫ۖ وَمَا بَدَّلُوۡا تَبۡدِیۡلًا ﴿ۙ۲۴﴾

    Among the believers are men who have been true to the covenant they made with Allah. There are some of them who have fulfilled their vow, and some who still wait, and they have not changed their condition in the least;

  • جو کچھ تمہیں دیا گیا ہے وہ دوسروں کو دو (یکم ستمبر ۱۹۱۶)

  • 239

    اِنَّاۤ اَعۡطَیۡنٰکَ الۡکَوۡثَرَ ؕ﴿۲﴾

    Surely We have given thee abundance of good;

  • 239

    فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّکَ وَانۡحَرۡ ؕ﴿۳﴾

    So pray to thy Lord, and offer sacrifice.

  • 239

    اِنَّ شَانِئَکَ ہُوَ الۡاَبۡتَرُ ﴿٪۴﴾

    Surely, it is thy enemy who is without issue.

  • اُولی الاَمر منکم کی اطاعت فرض ہے (۲۹ ستمبر ۱۹۱۶)

  • 262

    اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَاۡمُرُکُمۡ اَنۡ تُؤَدُّوا الۡاَمٰنٰتِ اِلٰۤی اَہۡلِہَا ۙ وَاِذَا حَکَمۡتُمۡ بَیۡنَ النَّاسِ اَنۡ تَحۡکُمُوۡا بِالۡعَدۡلِ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ نِعِمَّا یَعِظُکُمۡ بِہٖ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ سَمِیۡعًۢا بَصِیۡرًا ﴿۵۹﴾

    Verily, Allah commands you to make over the trusts to those entitled to them, and that, when you judge between men, you judge with justice. And surely excellent is that with which Allah admonishes you! Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing.

  • 262

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اَطِیۡعُوا اللّٰہَ وَاَطِیۡعُوا الرَّسُوۡلَ وَاُولِی الۡاَمۡرِ مِنۡکُمۡ ۚ فَاِنۡ تَنَازَعۡتُمۡ فِیۡ شَیۡءٍ فَرُدُّوۡہُ اِلَی اللّٰہِ وَالرَّسُوۡلِ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِاللّٰہِ وَالۡیَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ ؕ ذٰلِکَ خَیۡرٌ وَّاَحۡسَنُ تَاۡوِیۡلًا ﴿٪۶۰﴾

    O ye who believe! obey Allah, and obey His Messenger and those who are in authority among you. And if you differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger if you are believers in Allah and the Last Day. That is best and most commendable in the end.

  • 272

    وَقَاتِلُوۡا فِیۡ سَبِیۡلِ اللّٰہِ الَّذِیۡنَ یُقَاتِلُوۡنَکُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡتَدُوۡا ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَا یُحِبُّ الۡمُعۡتَدِیۡنَ ﴿۱۹۱﴾

    And fight in the cause of Allah against those who fight against you, but do not transgress. Surely, Allah loves not the transgressors.

  • 274

    اِلَّا الَّذِیۡنَ عٰہَدۡتُّمۡ مِّنَ الۡمُشۡرِکِیۡنَ ثُمَّ لَمۡ یَنۡقُصُوۡکُمۡ شَیۡئًا وَّلَمۡ یُظَاہِرُوۡا عَلَیۡکُمۡ اَحَدًا فَاَتِمُّوۡۤا اِلَیۡہِمۡ عَہۡدَہُمۡ اِلٰی مُدَّتِہِمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحِبُّ الۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ ﴿۴﴾

    Excepting those of the idolaters with whom you have entered into a treaty and who have not subsequently failed you in anything nor aided anyone against you. So fulfil to these the treaty you have made with them till their term. Surely, Allah loves those who are righteous.

  • 274

    وَالَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ لِاَمٰنٰتِہِمۡ وَعَہۡدِہِمۡ رٰعُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۹﴾

    And who are watchful of their trusts and their covenants,

  • 274

    وَمِنۡ اَہۡلِ الۡکِتٰبِ مَنۡ اِنۡ تَاۡمَنۡہُ بِقِنۡطَارٍ یُّؤَدِّہٖۤ اِلَیۡکَ ۚ وَمِنۡہُمۡ مَّنۡ اِنۡ تَاۡمَنۡہُ بِدِیۡنَارٍ لَّا یُؤَدِّہٖۤ اِلَیۡکَ اِلَّا مَا دُمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِ قَآئِمًا ؕ ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّہُمۡ قَالُوۡا لَیۡسَ عَلَیۡنَا فِی الۡاُمِّیّٖنَ سَبِیۡلٌ ۚ وَیَقُوۡلُوۡنَ عَلَی اللّٰہِ الۡکَذِبَ وَہُمۡ یَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۷۶﴾

    Among the People of the Book there is he who, if thou trust him with a treasure, will return it to thee; and among them there is he who, if thou trust him with a dinar, will not return it to thee, unless thou keep standing over him. That is because they say, ‘We are not liable to blame in the matter of the unlearned;’ and they utter a lie against Allah knowingly.

  • 276

    لَتَجِدَنَّ اَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَۃً لِّلَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا الۡیَہُوۡدَ وَالَّذِیۡنَ اَشۡرَکُوۡا ۚ وَلَتَجِدَنَّ اَقۡرَبَہُمۡ مَّوَدَّۃً لِّلَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا الَّذِیۡنَ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّا نَصٰرٰی ؕ ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّ مِنۡہُمۡ قِسِّیۡسِیۡنَ وَرُہۡبَانًا وَّاَنَّہُمۡ لَا یَسۡتَکۡبِرُوۡنَ ﴿۸۳﴾

    Thou shalt certainly find the Jews and those who associate partners with God to be the most vehement of men in enmity against the believers. And thou shalt assuredly find those who say, ‘We are Christians,’ to be the nearest of them in love to the believers. That is because amongst them are savants and monks and because they are not proud.

  • 277

    وَسِیۡقَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡۤا اِلٰی جَہَنَّمَ زُمَرًا ؕ حَتّٰۤی اِذَا جَآءُوۡہَا فُتِحَتۡ اَبۡوَابُہَا وَقَالَ لَہُمۡ خَزَنَتُہَاۤ اَلَمۡ یَاۡتِکُمۡ رُسُلٌ مِّنۡکُمۡ یَتۡلُوۡنَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ اٰیٰتِ رَبِّکُمۡ وَیُنۡذِرُوۡنَکُمۡ لِقَآءَ یَوۡمِکُمۡ ہٰذَا ؕ قَالُوۡا بَلٰی وَلٰکِنۡ حَقَّتۡ کَلِمَۃُ الۡعَذَابِ عَلَی الۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ ﴿۷۲﴾

    And those who disbelieve will be driven to Hell in troops until, when they reach it, its gates will be opened, and its Keepers will say to them: ‘Did not Messengers from among yourselves come to you, reciting unto you the Signs of your Lord, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?’ They will say, ‘Yea, but the sentence of punishment has become justly due against the disbelievers.’

  • ۶ اکتوبر ۱۹۱۶

  • 281

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُوۡنُوۡا قَوّٰمِیۡنَ لِلّٰہِ شُہَدَآءَ بِالۡقِسۡطِ ۫ وَلَا یَجۡرِمَنَّکُمۡ شَنَاٰنُ قَوۡمٍ عَلٰۤی اَلَّا تَعۡدِلُوۡا ؕ اِعۡدِلُوۡا ۟ ہُوَ اَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوٰی ۫ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ خَبِیۡرٌۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۹﴾

    O ye who believe! be steadfast in the cause of Allah, bearing witness in equity; and let not a people’s enmity incite you to act otherwise than with justice. Be always just, that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah. Surely, Allah is aware of what you do.

  • 281

    وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ ۙ لَہُمۡ مَّغۡفِرَۃٌ وَّاَجۡرٌ عَظِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۰﴾

    Allah has promised those who believe and do good deeds that they shall have forgiveness and a great reward.

  • 281

    وَالَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا وَکَذَّبُوۡا بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤ اُولٰٓئِکَ اَصۡحٰبُ الۡجَحِیۡمِ ﴿۱۱﴾

    And as for those who disbelieve and reject Our Signs, they are the people of Hell.

  • 291

    وَکَذٰلِکَ جَعَلۡنٰکُمۡ اُمَّۃً وَّسَطًا لِّتَکُوۡنُوۡا شُہَدَآءَ عَلَی النَّاسِ وَیَکُوۡنَ الرَّسُوۡلُ عَلَیۡکُمۡ شَہِیۡدًا ؕ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا الۡقِبۡلَۃَ الَّتِیۡ کُنۡتَ عَلَیۡہَاۤ اِلَّا لِنَعۡلَمَ مَنۡ یَّتَّبِعُ الرَّسُوۡلَ مِمَّنۡ یَّنۡقَلِبُ عَلٰی عَقِبَیۡہِ ؕ وَاِنۡ کَانَتۡ لَکَبِیۡرَۃً اِلَّا عَلَی الَّذِیۡنَ ہَدَی اللّٰہُ ؕ وَمَا کَانَ اللّٰہُ لِیُضِیۡعَ اِیۡمَانَکُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۴۴﴾

    And thus have We made you an exalted nation, that you may be guardians over men, and the Messenger of God may be a guardian over you. And We did not appoint the Qiblah which thou didst follow, except that We might know him who follows the Messenger of God from him who turns upon his heels. And this is indeed hard, except for those whom Allah has guided. And it does not behove Allah to let your faith go in vain; surely, Allah is Compassionate and Merciful to the people.

  • 292

    اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ یُبَایِعُوۡنَکَ اِنَّمَا یُبَایِعُوۡنَ اللّٰہَ ؕ یَدُ اللّٰہِ فَوۡقَ اَیۡدِیۡہِمۡ ۚ فَمَنۡ نَّکَثَ فَاِنَّمَا یَنۡکُثُ عَلٰی نَفۡسِہٖ ۚ وَمَنۡ اَوۡفٰی بِمَا عٰہَدَ عَلَیۡہُ اللّٰہَ فَسَیُؤۡتِیۡہِ اَجۡرًا عَظِیۡمًا ﴿٪۱۱﴾

    Verily, those who swear allegiance to thee indeed swear allegiance to Allah. The hand of Allah is over their hands. So whoever breaks his oath, breaks it to his own loss; and whoever fulfils the covenant that he has made with Allah, He will surely give him a great reward.

  • قرآن کریم میں حضرت مسیح موعود کے زمانہ کے متعلق پیشگوئی (۱۳ اکتوبر ۱۹۱۶)

  • 295

    قُلۡ اَعُوۡذُ بِرَبِّ الۡفَلَقِ ۙ﴿۲﴾

    Say, ‘I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn,

  • 295

    مِنۡ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۙ﴿۳﴾

    ‘From the evil of that which He has created,

  • 295

    وَمِنۡ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ اِذَا وَقَبَ ۙ﴿۴﴾

    ‘And from the evil of the night when it overspreads,

  • 295

    وَمِنۡ شَرِّ النَّفّٰثٰتِ فِی الۡعُقَدِ ۙ﴿۵﴾

    ‘And from the evil of those who blow into knots to undo them,

  • 295

    وَمِنۡ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ اِذَا حَسَدَ ﴿٪۶﴾

    ‘And from the evil of the envier when he envies.’

  • دیگر مذاہب پر اِسلام کی فضیلت (۲۰ اکتوبر ۱۹۱۶)

  • 300

    فَاِنۡ لَّمۡ تَجِدُوۡا فِیۡہَاۤ اَحَدًا فَلَا تَدۡخُلُوۡہَا حَتّٰی یُؤۡذَنَ لَکُمۡ ۚ وَاِنۡ قِیۡلَ لَکُمُ ارۡجِعُوۡا فَارۡجِعُوۡا ہُوَ اَزۡکٰی لَکُمۡ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۲۹﴾

    And if you find no one therein, do not enter them until you are given permission. And if it be said to you, ‘Go back’ then go back; that is purer for you. And Allah knows well what you do.

  • 304

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا تَدۡخُلُوۡا بُیُوۡتًا غَیۡرَ بُیُوۡتِکُمۡ حَتّٰی تَسۡتَاۡنِسُوۡا وَتُسَلِّمُوۡا عَلٰۤی اَہۡلِہَا ؕ ذٰلِکُمۡ خَیۡرٌ لَّکُمۡ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَذَکَّرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۸﴾

    O ye who believe! enter not houses other than your own until you have asked leave and saluted the inmates thereof. That is better for you, that you may be heedful.

  • ۱۳۳۵ھ کی آمد (۳ نومبر ۱۹۱۶)

  • 321

    قَالُوۡا یٰمُوۡسٰۤی اِنَّا لَنۡ نَّدۡخُلَہَاۤ اَبَدًا مَّا دَامُوۡا فِیۡہَا فَاذۡہَبۡ اَنۡتَ وَرَبُّکَ فَقَاتِلَاۤ اِنَّا ہٰہُنَا قٰعِدُوۡنَ ﴿۲۵﴾

    They said, ‘O Moses, we will never enter it so long as they remain in it. Therefore, go thou and thy Lord and fight, and here we sit.’

  • حضرت مسیح موعودؑ کے الہامات کا درجہ (یکم دسمبر ۱۹۱۶)

  • 333

    ہُوَ الَّذِیۡۤ اَنۡزَلَ عَلَیۡکَ الۡکِتٰبَ مِنۡہُ اٰیٰتٌ مُّحۡکَمٰتٌ ہُنَّ اُمُّ الۡکِتٰبِ وَاُخَرُ مُتَشٰبِہٰتٌ ؕ فَاَمَّا الَّذِیۡنَ فِیۡ قُلُوۡبِہِمۡ زَیۡغٌ فَیَتَّبِعُوۡنَ مَا تَشَابَہَ مِنۡہُ ابۡتِغَآءَ الۡفِتۡنَۃِ وَابۡتِغَآءَ تَاۡوِیۡلِہٖ ۚ؃ وَمَا یَعۡلَمُ تَاۡوِیۡلَہٗۤ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ ۘؔ وَالرّٰسِخُوۡنَ فِی الۡعِلۡمِ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ اٰمَنَّا بِہٖ ۙ کُلٌّ مِّنۡ عِنۡدِ رَبِّنَا ۚ وَمَا یَذَّکَّرُ اِلَّاۤ اُولُوا الۡاَلۡبَابِ ﴿۸﴾

    He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book; in it there are verses that are decisive in meaning — they are the basis of the Book — and there are others that are susceptible of different interpretations. But those in whose hearts is perversity pursue such thereof as are susceptible of different interpretations, seeking discord and seeking wrong interpretation of it. And none knows its right interpretation except Allah and those who are firmly grounded in knowledge; they say, ‘We believe in it; the whole is from our Lord.’ — And none heed except those gifted with understanding.

  • 333

    رَبَّنَا لَا تُزِغۡ قُلُوۡبَنَا بَعۡدَ اِذۡ ہَدَیۡتَنَا وَہَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ لَّدُنۡکَ رَحۡمَۃً ۚ اِنَّکَ اَنۡتَ الۡوَہَّابُ ﴿۹﴾

    ‘Our Lord, let not our hearts become perverse after Thou hast guided us; and bestow on us mercy from Thyself; surely, Thou alone art the Bestower.

  • 333

    رَبَّنَاۤ اِنَّکَ جَامِعُ النَّاسِ لِیَوۡمٍ لَّا رَیۡبَ فِیۡہِ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَا یُخۡلِفُ الۡمِیۡعَادَ ﴿۱۰﴾٪

    ‘Our Lord, Thou wilt certainly assemble mankind together on the Day about which there is no doubt; surely, Allah breaks not His promise.’

  • 338

    اَللّٰہُ نَزَّلَ اَحۡسَنَ الۡحَدِیۡثِ کِتٰبًا مُّتَشَابِہًا مَّثَانِیَ ٭ۖ تَقۡشَعِرُّ مِنۡہُ جُلُوۡدُ الَّذِیۡنَ یَخۡشَوۡنَ رَبَّہُمۡ ۚ ثُمَّ تَلِیۡنُ جُلُوۡدُہُمۡ وَقُلُوۡبُہُمۡ اِلٰی ذِکۡرِ اللّٰہِ ؕ ذٰلِکَ ہُدَی اللّٰہِ یَہۡدِیۡ بِہٖ مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ ؕ وَمَنۡ یُّضۡلِلِ اللّٰہُ فَمَا لَہٗ مِنۡ ہَادٍ ﴿۲۴﴾

    Allah has sent down the best Message in the form of a Book, whose verses are mutually supporting and repeated in diverse forms at which do creep the skins of those who fear their Lord; then their skins and their hearts soften to the remembrance of Allah. Such is the guidance of Allah; He guides therewith whom He pleases. And he whom Allah adjudges astray — he shall have no guide.

  • 341

    فَلَمۡ تَقۡتُلُوۡہُمۡ وَلٰکِنَّ اللّٰہَ قَتَلَہُمۡ ۪ وَمَا رَمَیۡتَ اِذۡ رَمَیۡتَ وَلٰکِنَّ اللّٰہَ رَمٰی ۚ وَلِیُبۡلِیَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ مِنۡہُ بَلَآءً حَسَنًا ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ سَمِیۡعٌ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۸﴾

    So you killed them not, but it was Allah Who killed them. And thou threwest not when thou didst throw, but it was Allah Who threw, that He might overthrow the disbelievers and that He might confer on the believers a great favour from Himself. Surely, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

  • 342

    قَالُوۡا یٰشُعَیۡبُ مَا نَفۡقَہُ کَثِیۡرًا مِّمَّا تَقُوۡلُ وَاِنَّا لَنَرٰٮکَ فِیۡنَا ضَعِیۡفًا ۚ وَلَوۡلَا رَہۡطُکَ لَرَجَمۡنٰکَ ۫ وَمَاۤ اَنۡتَ عَلَیۡنَا بِعَزِیۡزٍ ﴿۹۲﴾

    They replied, ‘O Shu‘aib, we do not understand much of that which thou sayest, and surely, we see that thou art weak among us. And were it not for thy tribe, we would surely stone thee. And thou holdest no strong position among us.’

  • 343

    وَاِذَا الرُّسُلُ اُقِّتَتۡ ﴿ؕ۱۲﴾

    And when the Messengers are made to appear at the appointed time —

  • ہم اور ہمارے مخالفین میں کھلا فیصلہ (۱۵ دسمبر ۱۹۱۶)

  • 345

    وَمَنۡ اَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنۡ مَّنَعَ مَسٰجِدَ اللّٰہِ اَنۡ یُّذۡکَرَ فِیۡہَا اسۡمُہٗ وَسَعٰی فِیۡ خَرَابِہَا ؕ اُولٰٓئِکَ مَا کَانَ لَہُمۡ اَنۡ یَّدۡخُلُوۡہَاۤ اِلَّا خَآئِفِیۡنَ ۬ؕ لَہُمۡ فِی الدُّنۡیَا خِزۡیٌ وَّلَہُمۡ فِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ عَذَابٌ عَظِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۱۵﴾

    And who is more unjust than he who prohibits the name of Allah being glorified in Allah’s temples and seeks to ruin them? It was not proper for such men to enter therein except in fear. For them is disgrace in this world; and theirs shall be a great punishment in the next.

  • 346

    وَمَنۡ اَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ افۡتَرٰی عَلَی اللّٰہِ کَذِبًا اَوۡ کَذَّبَ بِاٰیٰتِہٖ ؕ اِنَّہٗ لَا یُفۡلِحُ الظّٰلِمُوۡنَ ﴿۲۲﴾

    And who is more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah or gives the lie to His Signs? Surely, the unjust shall not prosper.

  • 351

    وَالَّذِیۡنَ جَاہَدُوۡا فِیۡنَا لَنَہۡدِیَنَّہُمۡ سُبُلَنَا ؕ وَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَمَعَ الۡمُحۡسِنِیۡنَ ﴿٪۷۰﴾

    And as for those who strive in Our path — We will surely guide them in Our ways. And verily Allah is with those who do good.

  • شعائر اللہ کی تعظیم (۲۲ دسمبر ۱۹۱۶)

  • 353

    ذٰلِکَ ٭ وَمَنۡ یُّعَظِّمۡ شَعَآئِرَ اللّٰہِ فَاِنَّہَا مِنۡ تَقۡوَی الۡقُلُوۡبِ ﴿۳۳﴾

    That is so. And whoso respects the sacred Signs of Allah — that indeed proceeds from the righteousness of hearts.

  • عدل پر کاربند رہو (۱۹ جنوری ۱۹۱۷)

  • 372

    لَاۤ اِکۡرَاہَ فِی الدِّیۡنِ ۟ۙ قَدۡ تَّبَیَّنَ الرُّشۡدُ مِنَ الۡغَیِّ ۚ فَمَنۡ یَّکۡفُرۡ بِالطَّاغُوۡتِ وَیُؤۡمِنۡۢ بِاللّٰہِ فَقَدِ اسۡتَمۡسَکَ بِالۡعُرۡوَۃِ الۡوُثۡقٰی ٭ لَا انۡفِصَامَ لَہَا ؕ وَاللّٰہُ سَمِیۡعٌ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۲۵۷﴾

    There should be no compulsion in religion. Surely, right has become distinct from wrong; so whosoever refuses to be led by those who transgress, and believes in Allah, has surely grasped a strong handle which knows no breaking. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

  • 373

    وَاَمَّا السَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنۡہَرۡ ﴿ؕ۱۱﴾

    And him who seeks thy help, chide not,

  • 374

    اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَا یَسۡتَحۡیٖۤ اَنۡ یَّضۡرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوۡضَۃً فَمَا فَوۡقَہَا ؕ فَاَمَّا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا فَیَعۡلَمُوۡنَ اَنَّہُ الۡحَقُّ مِنۡ رَّبِّہِمۡ ۚ وَاَمَّا الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا فَیَقُوۡلُوۡنَ مَاذَاۤ اَرَادَ اللّٰہُ بِہٰذَا مَثَلًا ۘ یُضِلُّ بِہٖ کَثِیۡرًا ۙ وَّیَہۡدِیۡ بِہٖ کَثِیۡرًا ؕ وَمَا یُضِلُّ بِہٖۤ اِلَّا الۡفٰسِقِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۲۷﴾

    Allah disdains not to give an illustration as small as a gnat or even smaller. Those who believe know that it is the truth from their Lord, while those who disbelieve say: ‘What does Allah mean by such an illustration?’ Many does He adjudge by it to be erring and many by it does He guide, and none does He adjudge thereby to be erring except the disobedient,

  • جماعت احمدیہ کو ایک خاص ہدایت (۲ فروری ۱۹۱۷)

  • 381

    وَاِذَا جَآءَہُمۡ اَمۡرٌ مِّنَ الۡاَمۡنِ اَوِ الۡخَوۡفِ اَذَاعُوۡا بِہٖ ؕ وَلَوۡ رَدُّوۡہُ اِلَی الرَّسُوۡلِ وَاِلٰۤی اُولِی الۡاَمۡرِ مِنۡہُمۡ لَعَلِمَہُ الَّذِیۡنَ یَسۡتَنۡۢبِطُوۡنَہٗ مِنۡہُمۡ ؕ وَلَوۡلَا فَضۡلُ اللّٰہِ عَلَیۡکُمۡ وَرَحۡمَتُہٗ لَاتَّبَعۡتُمُ الشَّیۡطٰنَ اِلَّا قَلِیۡلًا ﴿۸۴﴾

    And when there comes to them any tidings whether of peace or of fear, they spread it about; whereas if they had referred it to the Messenger and to those in authority among them, surely those of them, who can elicit the truth from it, would have understood it. And had it not been for the grace of Allah upon you and His mercy, you would have followed Satan, save a few.

  • مولوی محمد احسن صاحب کی خلاف بیانی (۹ فروری ۱۹۱۷)

  • 390

    وَوَصّٰی بِہَاۤ اِبۡرٰہٖمُ بَنِیۡہِ وَیَعۡقُوۡبُ ؕ یٰبَنِیَّ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ اصۡطَفٰی لَکُمُ الدِّیۡنَ فَلَا تَمُوۡتُنَّ اِلَّا وَاَنۡتُمۡ مُّسۡلِمُوۡنَ ﴿۱۳۳﴾ؕ

    The same did Abraham enjoin upon his sons — and so did Jacob — saying: ‘O my sons, truly Allah has chosen this religion for you; so let not death overtake you except when you are in a state of submission.’

  • جماعت قادیان کے متعلق (۲۳ فروری ۱۹۱۷)

  • 401

    قُلۡ اَعُوۡذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ ۙ﴿۲﴾

    Say, ‘I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,

  • 401

    مَلِکِ النَّاسِ ۙ﴿۳﴾

    ‘The King of mankind,

  • 401

    اِلٰہِ النَّاسِ ۙ﴿۴﴾

    ‘The God of mankind,

  • 401

    مِنۡ شَرِّ الۡوَسۡوَاسِ ۬ۙ الۡخَنَّاسِ ۪ۙ﴿۵﴾

    ‘From the evil of the sneaking whisperer,

  • 401

    الَّذِیۡ یُوَسۡوِسُ فِیۡ صُدُوۡرِ النَّاسِ ۙ﴿۶﴾

    ‘Who whispers into the hearts of men,

  • 401

    مِنَ الۡجِنَّۃِ وَالنَّاسِ ﴿٪۷﴾

    ‘From among the Jinn and mankind.’

  • گورنمنٹ برطانیہ اور جماعت احمدیہ (۲ مارچ ۱۹۱۷)

  • 403

    وَالنّٰزِعٰتِ غَرۡقًا ۙ﴿۲﴾

    By those beings who draw people to true faith vigorously,

  • 403

    وَّالنّٰشِطٰتِ نَشۡطًا ۙ﴿۳﴾

    And by those who tie their knots firmly,

  • 403

    وَّالسّٰبِحٰتِ سَبۡحًا ۙ﴿۴﴾

    And by those who glide along swiftly,

  • 403

    فَالسّٰبِقٰتِ سَبۡقًا ۙ﴿۵﴾

    Then they advance and greatly excel others,

  • 403

    فَالۡمُدَبِّرٰتِ اَمۡرًا ۘ﴿۶﴾

    Then they manage the affair entrusted to them.

  • 403

    یَوۡمَ تَرۡجُفُ الرَّاجِفَۃُ ۙ﴿۷﴾

    This will happen on the day when the quaking earth shall quake,

  • 403

    تَتۡبَعُہَا الرَّادِفَۃُ ؕ﴿۸﴾

    And a second quaking shall follow it.

  • 403

    قُلُوۡبٌ یَّوۡمَئِذٍ وَّاجِفَۃٌ ۙ﴿۹﴾

    On that day hearts will tremble,

  • 403

    اَبۡصَارُہَا خَاشِعَۃٌ ۘ﴿۱۰﴾

    And their eyes will be cast down —

  • 403

    یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ ءَاِنَّا لَمَرۡدُوۡدُوۡنَ فِی الۡحَافِرَۃِ ﴿ؕ۱۱﴾

    They say, ‘Shall we really be restored to our former state?

  • 403

    ءَاِذَا کُنَّا عِظَامًا نَّخِرَۃً ﴿ؕ۱۲﴾

    ‘What! even when we are rotten bones?’

  • 403

    قَالُوۡا تِلۡکَ اِذًا کَرَّۃٌ خَاسِرَۃٌ ﴿ۘ۱۳﴾

    They say, ‘Then that indeed would be a losing return.’

  • 403

    فَاِنَّمَا ہِیَ زَجۡرَۃٌ وَّاحِدَۃٌ ﴿ۙ۱۴﴾

    It will only be a single cry,

  • 403

    فَاِذَا ہُمۡ بِالسَّاہِرَۃِ ﴿ؕ۱۵﴾

    And behold! they will all come out in the open.

  • اپنے فرائِض ادا کرو (۹ مارچ ۱۹۱۷)

  • 411

    الٓـمّٓ ۚ﴿۲﴾

    Alif Lam Mim.

  • 411

    ذٰلِکَ الۡکِتٰبُ لَا رَیۡبَ ۚۖۛ فِیۡہِ ۚۛ ہُدًی لِّلۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ ۙ﴿۳﴾

    This is a perfect Book; there is no doubt in it; it is a guidance for the righteous,

  • 411

    الَّذِیۡنَ یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِالۡغَیۡبِ وَیُقِیۡمُوۡنَ الصَّلٰوۃَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقۡنٰہُمۡ یُنۡفِقُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۴﴾

    Who believe in the unseen and observe Prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them;

  • 411

    وَالَّذِیۡنَ یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِمَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ اِلَیۡکَ وَمَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِکَ ۚ وَبِالۡاٰخِرَۃِ ہُمۡ یُوۡقِنُوۡنَ ؕ﴿۵﴾

    And who believe in that which has been revealed to thee, and that which was revealed before thee, and they have firm faith in what is yet to come.

  • 411

    اُولٰٓئِکَ عَلٰی ہُدًی مِّنۡ رَّبِّہِمۡ ٭ وَاُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿۶﴾

    It is they who follow the guidance of their Lord and it is they who shall prosper.

  • 416

    فَلَا تَعۡلَمُ نَفۡسٌ مَّاۤ اُخۡفِیَ لَہُمۡ مِّنۡ قُرَّۃِ اَعۡیُنٍ ۚ جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا کَانُوۡا یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۱۸﴾

    And no soul knows what joy of the eyes is kept hidden for them, as a reward for their good works.

  • خدا تعالٰی کے نزدیک بڑائی کا معیار تقویٰ ہے (۱۶ مارچ ۱۹۱۷)

  • 417

    اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ فَتَنُوا الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ یَتُوۡبُوۡا فَلَہُمۡ عَذَابُ جَہَنَّمَ وَلَہُمۡ عَذَابُ الۡحَرِیۡقِ ﴿ؕ۱۱﴾

    Those who persecute the believing men and the believing women and then repent not, for them is surely the punishment of Hell, and for them is the punishment of burning.

  • 417

    اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَہُمۡ جَنّٰتٌ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ ۬ؕؑ ذٰلِکَ الۡفَوۡزُ الۡکَبِیۡرُ ﴿ؕ۱۲﴾

    But those who believe and do good works, for them are Gardens through which streams flow. That is the great triumph.

  • 419

    وَاِذۡ قُلۡنَا لِلۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃِ اسۡجُدُوۡا لِاٰدَمَ فَسَجَدُوۡۤا اِلَّاۤ اِبۡلِیۡسَ ؕ اَبٰی وَاسۡتَکۡبَرَ ٭۫ وَکَانَ مِنَ الۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ ﴿۳۵﴾

    And remember the time when We said to the angels: ‘Submit to Adam,’ and they all submitted. But Iblis did not. He refused and was too proud; and he was of the disbelievers.

  • حضرت مسیح موعودؑ کی ایک عظیم الشّان پیشگوئی پُوری ہوئی (۲۳ مارچ ۱۹۱۷)

  • 425

    دَعۡوٰٮہُمۡ فِیۡہَا سُبۡحٰنَکَ اللّٰہُمَّ وَتَحِیَّتُہُمۡ فِیۡہَا سَلٰمٌ ۚ وَاٰخِرُ دَعۡوٰٮہُمۡ اَنِ الۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿٪۱۱﴾

    Their prayer therein shall be, ‘Glory be to Thee, O Allah!’ and their greeting therein shall be, ‘Peace.’ And the conclusion of their prayer shall be, ‘All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.’

  • خدا کی راہ میں کام کرنے والوں کو نصیحت (۳۰ مارچ ۱۹۱۷)

  • 434

    قُلۡ ہُوَ اللّٰہُ اَحَدٌ ۚ﴿۲﴾

    Say, ‘He is Allah, the One;

  • 434

    اَللّٰہُ الصَّمَدُ ۚ﴿۳﴾

    ‘Allah, the Independent and Besought of all.

  • 434

    لَمۡ یَلِدۡ ۬ۙ وَلَمۡ یُوۡلَدۡ ۙ﴿۴﴾

    ‘He begets not, nor is He begotten;

  • 434

    وَلَمۡ یَکُنۡ لَّہٗ کُفُوًا اَحَدٌ ﴿٪۵﴾

    ‘And there is none like unto Him.’

  • احمدیہ کانفرنس کے متعلق (۶ اپریل ۱۹۱۷)

  • 440

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اصۡبِرُوۡا وَصَابِرُوۡا وَرَابِطُوۡا ۟ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُفۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۱﴾٪

    O ye who believe! be steadfast and strive to excel in steadfastness and be on your guard and fear Allah that you may prosper.

  • 442

    قُلۡ اَؤُنَبِّئُکُمۡ بِخَیۡرٍ مِّنۡ ذٰلِکُمۡ ؕ لِلَّذِیۡنَ اتَّقَوۡا عِنۡدَ رَبِّہِمۡ جَنّٰتٌ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ خٰلِدِیۡنَ فِیۡہَا وَاَزۡوَاجٌ مُّطَہَّرَۃٌ وَّرِضۡوَانٌ مِّنَ اللّٰہِ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ بَصِیۡرٌۢ بِالۡعِبَادِ ﴿ۚ۱۶﴾

    Say, ‘Shall I inform you of something better than that?’ For those who fear God, there are Gardens with their Lord, beneath which rivers flow; therein shall they abide; and pure spouses and Allah’s pleasure. And Allah is Mindful of His servants,

  • آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی شان (۴ مئی ۱۹۱۷)

  • 455

    لَقَدۡ جَآءَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ مِّنۡ اَنۡفُسِکُمۡ عَزِیۡزٌ عَلَیۡہِ مَا عَنِتُّمۡ حَرِیۡصٌ عَلَیۡکُمۡ بِالۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ رَءُوۡفٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۲۸﴾

    Surely, a Messenger has come unto you from among yourselves; grievous to him is that you should fall into trouble; he is ardently desirous of your welfare; and to the believers he is compassionate, merciful.

  • 455

    فَاِنۡ تَوَلَّوۡا فَقُلۡ حَسۡبِیَ اللّٰہُ ۫٭ۖ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ؕ عَلَیۡہِ تَوَکَّلۡتُ وَہُوَ رَبُّ الۡعَرۡشِ الۡعَظِیۡمِ ﴿۱۲۹﴾٪

    But if they turn away, say, ‘Allah is sufficient for me. There is no God but He. In Him do I put my trust, and He is the Lord of the mighty Throne.

  • 457

    قُلۡ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تُحِبُّوۡنَ اللّٰہَ فَاتَّبِعُوۡنِیۡ یُحۡبِبۡکُمُ اللّٰہُ وَیَغۡفِرۡ لَکُمۡ ذُنُوۡبَکُمۡ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿۳۲﴾

    Say, ‘If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah love you and forgive you your faults. And Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.’

  • ایسا کوئی رسول نہیں آیا جس سے استہزاء نہ کیا گیا ہو (۱۱ مئی ۱۹۱۷)

  • 461

    یٰحَسۡرَۃً عَلَی الۡعِبَادِ ۚؑ مَا یَاۡتِیۡہِمۡ مِّنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ اِلَّا کَانُوۡا بِہٖ یَسۡتَہۡزِءُوۡنَ ﴿۳۱﴾

    Alas for My servants! there comes not a Messenger to them but they mock at him.

  • دعا سے بڑھ کر کوئی کامیابی کا ذریعہ نہیں (۱۸ مئی ۱۹۱۷)

  • 468

    الَّذِیۡ جَعَلَ لَکُمُ الۡاَرۡضَ فِرَاشًا وَّالسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءً ۪ وَّاَنۡزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَاَخۡرَجَ بِہٖ مِنَ الثَّمَرٰتِ رِزۡقًا لَّکُمۡ ۚ فَلَا تَجۡعَلُوۡا لِلّٰہِ اَنۡدَادًا وَّاَنۡتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۲۳﴾

    Who made the earth a bed for you, and the heaven a roof, and caused water to come down from the clouds and therewith brought forth fruits for your sustenance. Set not up, therefore, equals to Allah, while you know.

  • اسلام کی ترقی کے سامان پیدا ہورہے ہیں (۲۵ مئی ۱۹۱۷)

  • 471

    یَمۡحَقُ اللّٰہُ الرِّبٰوا وَیُرۡبِی الصَّدَقٰتِ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ لَا یُحِبُّ کُلَّ کَفَّارٍ اَثِیۡمٍ ﴿۲۷۷﴾

    Allah will abolish interest and will cause charity to increase. And Allah loves not anyone who is a confirmed disbeliever and an archsinner.

  • لَمْ نَجْعَلْ لَّہٗ مِنْ قَبْلُ سَمِیًّا کے معنے (۸ جون ۱۹۱۷)

  • 480

    یٰزَکَرِیَّاۤ اِنَّا نُبَشِّرُکَ بِغُلٰمِ ۣاسۡمُہٗ یَحۡیٰی ۙ لَمۡ نَجۡعَلۡ لَّہٗ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ سَمِیًّا ﴿۸﴾

    ‘O Zachariah, We give thee glad tidings of a son whose name shall be Yahya. We have not made any one before him of that name.’

  • حضرت مسیح موعودؑ کی کتب پڑھو (۱۵ جون ۱۹۱۷)

  • 491

    اَوَلَمۡ یَعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّ اللّٰہَ یَبۡسُطُ الرِّزۡقَ لِمَنۡ یَّشَآءُ وَیَقۡدِرُ ؕ اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیٰتٍ لِّقَوۡمٍ یُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ﴿٪۵۳﴾

    Know they not that Allah enlarges the provision for whomsoever He pleases, and straitens it for whomsoever He pleases? Verily, in that are Signs for a people who believe.

  • 492

    اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ یَکۡفُرُوۡنَ بِاٰیٰتِ اللّٰہِ وَیَقۡتُلُوۡنَ النَّبِیّٖنَ بِغَیۡرِ حَقٍّ ۙ وَّیَقۡتُلُوۡنَ الَّذِیۡنَ یَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡقِسۡطِ مِنَ النَّاسِ ۙ فَبَشِّرۡہُمۡ بِعَذَابٍ اَلِیۡمٍ ﴿۲۲﴾

    Surely, those who deny the Signs of Allah and seek to kill the Prophets unjustly, and seek to kill such men as enjoin equity — announce to them a painful punishment.

  • اختیاری امتحانوں میں پُورے اُترو (۲۲ جون ۱۹۱۷)

  • 493

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُتِبَ عَلَیۡکُمُ الصِّیَامُ کَمَا کُتِبَ عَلَی الَّذِیۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِکُمۡ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۸۴﴾ۙ

    O ye who believe! fasting is prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may become righteous.

  • خلفاء کی سچّے دل سے اطاعت کرو (۲۹ جون ۱۹۱۷)

  • 499

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا تَقُوۡلُوۡا رَاعِنَا وَقُوۡلُوا انۡظُرۡنَا وَاسۡمَعُوۡا ؕ وَلِلۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ عَذَابٌ اَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۰۵﴾

    O ye who believe! say not ‘Ra‘ina,’ but say, ‘Unzurna’ and hearken. And for the disbelievers is a painful punishment.

  • 502

    فَلَا وَرَبِّکَ لَا یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ حَتّٰی یُحَکِّمُوۡکَ فِیۡمَا شَجَرَ بَیۡنَہُمۡ ثُمَّ لَا یَجِدُوۡا فِیۡۤ اَنۡفُسِہِمۡ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَیۡتَ وَیُسَلِّمُوۡا تَسۡلِیۡمًا ﴿۶۶﴾

    But no, by thy Lord, they are not believers until they make thee judge in all that is in dispute between them and then find not in their hearts any demur concerning that which thou decidest and submit with full submission.

  • کلمہ اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ ہم سے کیا چاہتا ہے (۶ جولائی ۱۹۱۷)

  • 507

    سَبِّحِ اسۡمَ رَبِّکَ الۡاَعۡلَی ۙ﴿۲﴾

    Glorify the name of thy Lord, the Most High,

  • رمضان سے سبق سیکھو (۱۳ جولائی ۱۹۱۷)

  • 509

    اِنَّ الۡاَبۡرَارَ یَشۡرَبُوۡنَ مِنۡ کَاۡسٍ کَانَ مِزَاجُہَا کَافُوۡرًا ۚ﴿۶﴾

    But the virtuous drink of a cup, tempered with camphor —

  • 509

    عَیۡنًا یَّشۡرَبُ بِہَا عِبَادُ اللّٰہِ یُفَجِّرُوۡنَہَا تَفۡجِیۡرًا ﴿۷﴾

    A spring wherefrom the servants of Allah drink. They make it gush forth — a forceful gushing forth.

  • 509

    یُوۡفُوۡنَ بِالنَّذۡرِ وَیَخَافُوۡنَ یَوۡمًا کَانَ شَرُّہٗ مُسۡتَطِیۡرًا ﴿۸﴾

    They fulfil their vow, and fear a day the evil of which is widespread.

  • 509

    وَیُطۡعِمُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ عَلٰی حُبِّہٖ مِسۡکِیۡنًا وَّیَتِیۡمًا وَّاَسِیۡرًا ﴿۹﴾

    And they feed, for love of Him, the poor, the orphan, and the prisoner,

  • 509

    اِنَّمَا نُطۡعِمُکُمۡ لِوَجۡہِ اللّٰہِ لَا نُرِیۡدُ مِنۡکُمۡ جَزَآءً وَّلَا شُکُوۡرًا ﴿۱۰﴾

    Saying, ‘We feed you for Allah’s pleasure only. We desire no reward nor thanks from you.

  • 509

    اِنَّا نَخَافُ مِنۡ رَّبِّنَا یَوۡمًا عَبُوۡسًا قَمۡطَرِیۡرًا ﴿۱۱﴾

    ‘Verily, we fear from our Lord a frowning and distressful day.’

  • 509

    فَوَقٰہُمُ اللّٰہُ شَرَّ ذٰلِکَ الۡیَوۡمِ وَلَقّٰہُمۡ نَضۡرَۃً وَّسُرُوۡرًا ﴿ۚ۱۲﴾

    So Allah will save them from the evil of that day, and will grant them cheerfulness and happiness.

  • 509

    وَجَزٰٮہُمۡ بِمَا صَبَرُوۡا جَنَّۃً وَّحَرِیۡرًا ﴿ۙ۱۳﴾

    And He will reward them, for their steadfastness, with a Garden and a raiment of silk,

  • 509

    مُّتَّکِـِٕیۡنَ فِیۡہَا عَلَی الۡاَرَآئِکِ ۚ لَا یَرَوۡنَ فِیۡہَا شَمۡسًا وَّلَا زَمۡہَرِیۡرًا ﴿ۚ۱۴﴾

    Reclining therein upon couches, they will find there neither excessive heat nor excessive cold.

  • 509

    وَدَانِیَۃً عَلَیۡہِمۡ ظِلٰلُہَا وَذُلِّلَتۡ قُطُوۡفُہَا تَذۡلِیۡلًا ﴿۱۵﴾

    And its shades will be close over them, and its clustered fruits will be brought within easy reach.

  • اکثر چھوٹی باتیں بڑے نتائج پیدا کرتی ہیں (۲۰ جولائی ۱۹۱۷)

  • 514

    یٰبَنِیۡۤ اٰدَمَ لَا یَفۡتِنَنَّکُمُ الشَّیۡطٰنُ کَمَاۤ اَخۡرَجَ اَبَوَیۡکُمۡ مِّنَ الۡجَنَّۃِ یَنۡزِعُ عَنۡہُمَا لِبَاسَہُمَا لِیُرِیَہُمَا سَوۡاٰتِہِمَا ؕ اِنَّہٗ یَرٰٮکُمۡ ہُوَ وَقَبِیۡلُہٗ مِنۡ حَیۡثُ لَا تَرَوۡنَہُمۡ ؕ اِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا الشَّیٰطِیۡنَ اَوۡلِیَآءَ لِلَّذِیۡنَ لَا یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ﴿۲۸﴾

    O children of Adam! let not Satan seduce you, even as he turned your parents out of the garden, stripping them of their raiment that he might show them their shame. Truly he sees you, he and his tribe, from where you see them not. Surely, We have made satans friends for those who believe not.

  • 518

    ثُمَّ لَاٰتِیَنَّہُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَیۡنِ اَیۡدِیۡہِمۡ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِہِمۡ وَعَنۡ اَیۡمَانِہِمۡ وَعَنۡ شَمَآئِلِہِمۡ ؕ وَلَا تَجِدُ اَکۡثَرَہُمۡ شٰکِرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۸﴾

    ‘Then will I surely come upon them from before them and from behind them and from their right and from their left, and Thou wilt not find most of them to be grateful.’

  • 518

    اِلَّا عِبَادَکَ مِنۡہُمُ الۡمُخۡلَصِیۡنَ ﴿۴۱﴾

    ‘Except Thy chosen servants from among them.’

  • نیکی میں ایک دوسرے سے بڑھنے کی کوشش کرو (۲۷ جولائی ۱۹۱۷)

  • 520

    وَلِکُلٍّ وِّجۡہَۃٌ ہُوَ مُوَلِّیۡہَا فَاسۡتَبِقُوا الۡخَیۡرٰتِ ؕ؃ اَیۡنَ مَا تَکُوۡنُوۡا یَاۡتِ بِکُمُ اللّٰہُ جَمِیۡعًا ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ قَدِیۡرٌ ﴿۱۴۹﴾

    And every one has a goal which dominates him; vie, then, with one another in good works. Wherever you be, Allah will bring you all together. Surely, Allah has the power to do all that He wills.

  • 522

    لَا یُکَلِّفُ اللّٰہُ نَفۡسًا اِلَّا وُسۡعَہَا ؕ لَہَا مَا کَسَبَتۡ وَعَلَیۡہَا مَا اکۡتَسَبَتۡ ؕ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذۡنَاۤ اِنۡ نَّسِیۡنَاۤ اَوۡ اَخۡطَاۡنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحۡمِلۡ عَلَیۡنَاۤ اِصۡرًا کَمَا حَمَلۡتَہٗ عَلَی الَّذِیۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلۡنَا مَا لَا طَاقَۃَ لَنَا بِہٖ ۚ وَاعۡفُ عَنَّا ٝ وَاغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ٝ وَارۡحَمۡنَا ٝ اَنۡتَ مَوۡلٰٮنَا فَانۡصُرۡنَا عَلَی الۡقَوۡمِ الۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ ﴿۲۸۷﴾٪

    Allah burdens not any soul beyond its capacity. It shall have the reward it earns, and it shall get the punishment it incurs. Our Lord, do not punish us, if we forget or fall into error; and our Lord, lay not on us a responsibility as Thou didst lay upon those before us. Our Lord, burden us not with what we have not the strength to bear; and efface our sins, and grant us forgiveness and have mercy on us; Thou art our Master; so help us Thou against the disbelieving people.

  • 526

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا تُبۡطِلُوۡا صَدَقٰتِکُمۡ بِالۡمَنِّ وَالۡاَذٰی ۙ کَالَّذِیۡ یُنۡفِقُ مَالَہٗ رِئَآءَ النَّاسِ وَلَا یُؤۡمِنُ بِاللّٰہِ وَالۡیَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ ؕ فَمَثَلُہٗ کَمَثَلِ صَفۡوَانٍ عَلَیۡہِ تُرَابٌ فَاَصَابَہٗ وَابِلٌ فَتَرَکَہٗ صَلۡدًا ؕ لَا یَقۡدِرُوۡنَ عَلٰی شَیۡءٍ مِّمَّا کَسَبُوۡا ؕ وَاللّٰہُ لَا یَہۡدِی الۡقَوۡمَ الۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ ﴿۲۶۵﴾

    O ye who believe! render not vain your alms by taunt and injury, like him who spends his wealth to be seen of men, and he believes not in Allah and the Last Day. His case is like the case of a smooth rock covered with earth, on which heavy rain falls, leaving it bare, smooth and hard. They shall not secure aught of what they earn. And Allah guides not the disbelieving people.

  • اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرو (۱۰ اگست ۱۹۱۷)

  • 534

    مَثَلُ الَّذِیۡنَ یُنۡفِقُوۡنَ اَمۡوَالَہُمۡ فِیۡ سَبِیۡلِ اللّٰہِ کَمَثَلِ حَبَّۃٍ اَنۡۢبَتَتۡ سَبۡعَ سَنَابِلَ فِیۡ کُلِّ سُنۡۢبُلَۃٍ مِّائَۃُ حَبَّۃٍ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ یُضٰعِفُ لِمَنۡ یَّشَآءُ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۲۶۲﴾

    The similitude of those who spend their wealth for the cause of Allah is like the similitude of a grain of corn which grows seven ears, in each ear a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies it further for whomsoever He pleases; and Allah is Bountiful, All-Knowing.

  • 540

    یَوۡمَ یَفِرُّ الۡمَرۡءُ مِنۡ اَخِیۡہِ ﴿ۙ۳۵﴾

    On the day when a man flees from his brother,

  • 540

    وَاُمِّہٖ وَاَبِیۡہِ ﴿ۙ۳۶﴾

    And from his mother and his father,

  • 540

    وَصَاحِبَتِہٖ وَبَنِیۡہِ ﴿ؕ۳۷﴾

    And from his wife and his sons,

  • 540

    لِکُلِّ امۡرِیٴٍ مِّنۡہُمۡ یَوۡمَئِذٍ شَاۡنٌ یُّغۡنِیۡہِ ﴿ؕ۳۸﴾

    Every man among them that day will have concern enough to make him indifferent to others.

  • فتنہ سے بچو کیونکہ یہی ہلاکت کی راہ ہے (۲۴ اگست ۱۹۱۷)

  • 542

    یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ حَقَّ تُقٰتِہٖ وَلَا تَمُوۡتُنَّ اِلَّا وَاَنۡتُمۡ مُّسۡلِمُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰۳﴾

    O ye who believe! fear Allah as He should be feared; and let not death overtake you except when you are in a state of submission.

  • 542

    وَاعۡتَصِمُوۡا بِحَبۡلِ اللّٰہِ جَمِیۡعًا وَّلَا تَفَرَّقُوۡا ۪ وَاذۡکُرُوۡا نِعۡمَتَ اللّٰہِ عَلَیۡکُمۡ اِذۡ کُنۡتُمۡ اَعۡدَآءً فَاَلَّفَ بَیۡنَ قُلُوۡبِکُمۡ فَاَصۡبَحۡتُمۡ بِنِعۡمَتِہٖۤ اِخۡوَانًا ۚ وَکُنۡتُمۡ عَلٰی شَفَا حُفۡرَۃٍ مِّنَ النَّارِ فَاَنۡقَذَکُمۡ مِّنۡہَا ؕ کَذٰلِکَ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰہُ لَکُمۡ اٰیٰتِہٖ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَہۡتَدُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰۴﴾

    And hold fast, all together, by the rope of Allah and be not divided; and remember the favour of Allah which He bestowed upon you when you were enemies and He united your hearts in love, so that by His grace you became as brothers; and you were on the brink of a pit of fire and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah explain to you His commandments that you may be guided.

  • عزم راسخ اور نیت نیک ہو تو اعلٰی خدمات کا موقع مل جاتا ہے (۷ ستمبر ۱۹۱۷)

  • 552

    وَجَآءَ الۡمُعَذِّرُوۡنَ مِنَ الۡاَعۡرَابِ لِیُؤۡذَنَ لَہُمۡ وَقَعَدَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَذَبُوا اللّٰہَ وَرَسُوۡلَہٗ ؕ سَیُصِیۡبُ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا مِنۡہُمۡ عَذَابٌ اَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۹۰﴾

    And those who make excuses from among the desert Arabs, came that exemption might be granted them. And those who were false to Allah and His Messenger stayed at home. A grievous punishment shall befall those of them who disbelieve.

  • 552

    لَیۡسَ عَلَی الضُّعَفَآءِ وَلَا عَلَی الۡمَرۡضٰی وَلَا عَلَی الَّذِیۡنَ لَا یَجِدُوۡنَ مَا یُنۡفِقُوۡنَ حَرَجٌ اِذَا نَصَحُوۡا لِلّٰہِ وَرَسُوۡلِہٖ ؕ مَا عَلَی الۡمُحۡسِنِیۡنَ مِنۡ سَبِیۡلٍ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿ۙ۹۱﴾

    No blame lies on the weak, nor on the sick, nor on those who find naught to spend, if they are sincere to Allah and His Messenger. There is no cause of reproach against those who do good deeds; and Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.

  • مومن کا بہشت (۲۸ستمبر ۱۹۱۷)

  • 561

    وَلَیَالٍ عَشۡرٍ ۙ﴿۳﴾

    And the Ten Nights,

  • کامیابی کیلئے دعائیں کرو (۲ نومبر ۱۹۱۷)

  • 584

    اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَاۡمُرُ بِالۡعَدۡلِ وَالۡاِحۡسَانِ وَاِیۡتَآیِٔ ذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَیَنۡہٰی عَنِ الۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَالۡمُنۡکَرِ وَالۡبَغۡیِ ۚ یَعِظُکُمۡ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَذَکَّرُوۡنَ ﴿۹۱﴾

    Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to others; and giving like kindred; and forbids indecency, and manifest evil, and wrongful transgression. He admonished you that you may take heed.

  • حصولِ علم ہر احمدی کا فرض ہے (۹ نومبر ۱۹۱۷)

  • 586

    وَلَا تَقۡفُ مَا لَیۡسَ لَکَ بِہٖ عِلۡمٌ ؕ اِنَّ السَّمۡعَ وَالۡبَصَرَ وَالۡفُؤَادَ کُلُّ اُولٰٓئِکَ کَانَ عَنۡہُ مَسۡـُٔوۡلًا ﴿۳۷﴾

    And follow not that of which thou hast no knowledge. Verily, the ear and the eye and the heart — all these shall be called to account.

  • 587

    کُنۡتُمۡ خَیۡرَ اُمَّۃٍ اُخۡرِجَتۡ لِلنَّاسِ تَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَتَنۡہَوۡنَ عَنِ الۡمُنۡکَرِ وَتُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِاللّٰہِ ؕ وَلَوۡ اٰمَنَ اَہۡلُ الۡکِتٰبِ لَکَانَ خَیۡرًا لَّہُمۡ ؕ مِنۡہُمُ الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ وَاَکۡثَرُہُمُ الۡفٰسِقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۱۱﴾

    You are the best people raised for the good of mankind; you enjoin what is good and forbid evil and believe in Allah. And if the People of the Book had believed, it would have surely been better for them. Some of them are believers, but most of them are disobedient.

  • اشاعتِ اسلام کے لئے زندگی وقف کرنے کی تحریک (۷ دسمبر ۱۹۱۷)

  • 606

    وَلۡتَکُنۡ مِّنۡکُمۡ اُمَّۃٌ یَّدۡعُوۡنَ اِلَی الۡخَیۡرِ وَیَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَیَنۡہَوۡنَ عَنِ الۡمُنۡکَرِ ؕ وَاُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰۵﴾

    And let there be among you a body of men who should invite to goodness, and enjoin equity and forbid evil. And it is they who shall prosper.

  • زندگی وقف کرنیوالوں کے متعلق خدا تعالیٰ کا شکریہ اور جلسہ کیلئے احبابِ قادیان کو نصیحت (۱۴ دسمبر ۱۹۱۷)

  • 615

    وَلَمَّا جَآءَتۡ رُسُلُنَا لُوۡطًا سِیۡٓءَ بِہِمۡ وَضَاقَ بِہِمۡ ذَرۡعًا وَّقَالَ ہٰذَا یَوۡمٌ عَصِیۡبٌ ﴿۷۸﴾

    And when Our messengers came to Lot, he was grieved on account of them and felt helpless on their behalf and said, ‘This is a distressful day.’

  • 615

    وَجَآءَہٗ قَوۡمُہٗ یُہۡرَعُوۡنَ اِلَیۡہِ ؕ وَمِنۡ قَبۡلُ کَانُوۡا یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ السَّیِّاٰتِ ؕ قَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ ہٰۤؤُلَآءِ بَنَاتِیۡ ہُنَّ اَطۡہَرُ لَکُمۡ فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَلَا تُخۡزُوۡنِ فِیۡ ضَیۡفِیۡ ؕ اَلَـیۡسَ مِنۡکُمۡ رَجُلٌ رَّشِیۡدٌ ﴿۷۹﴾

    And his people came running towards him, trembling with rage; and before this too they used to do evil. He said, ‘O my people, these are my daughters; they are purer for you. So fear Allah and disgrace me not in the presence of my guests. Is there not among you any rightminded man?’

  • 616

    وَاِذۡ تَاَذَّنَ رَبُّکُمۡ لَئِنۡ شَکَرۡتُمۡ لَاَزِیۡدَنَّکُمۡ وَلَئِنۡ کَفَرۡتُمۡ اِنَّ عَذَابِیۡ لَشَدِیۡدٌ ﴿۸﴾

    And remember also the time when your Lord declared, ‘If you are grateful, I will, surely, bestow more favours on you; but if you are ungrateful, then know that My punishment is severe indeed.’

  • خدا تعالٰی سے دعائیں مانگو (۲۸ دسمبر ۱۹۱۷)

  • 619

    وَاِذَا سَاَلَکَ عِبَادِیۡ عَنِّیۡ فَاِنِّیۡ قَرِیۡبٌ ؕ اُجِیۡبُ دَعۡوَۃَ الدَّاعِ اِذَا دَعَانِ ۙ فَلۡیَسۡتَجِیۡبُوۡا لِیۡ وَلۡیُؤۡمِنُوۡا بِیۡ لَعَلَّہُمۡ یَرۡشُدُوۡنَ ﴿۱۸۷﴾

    And when My servants ask thee about Me, say: ‘I am near. I answer the prayer of the supplicant when he prays to Me. So they should hearken to Me and believe in Me, that they may follow the right way.’
