اِیَّاکَ نَعۡبُدُ وَاِیَّاکَ نَسۡتَعِیۡنُ ؕ﴿۵﴾

Thee alone do we worship and Thee alone do we

اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾

Guide us in the right path —

اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾

Guide us in the right path —

صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ

The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings.

صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ

The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings.

صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ

The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy

صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ

The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings.

غَيۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَيۡهِمۡ

Those who have not incurred Thy displeasure.

غَيۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَيۡهِمۡ

Those who have not incurred Thy displeasure.

غَيۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَيۡهِمۡ

Those who have not incurred Thy displeasure.

اِذۡ قَالَ لَہٗ رَبُّہٗۤ اَسۡلِمۡ ۙ قَالَ اَسۡلَمۡتُ لِرَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ

When his Lord said to him, ‘Submit,’ he said, ‘I

قُلۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُحِبُّونَ ٱللَّهَ فَٱتَّبِعُونِي يُحۡبِبۡكُمُ ٱللَّهُ

Say, ‘If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah love you and forgive you your faults.

مُطَهِّرُكَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ

will clear thee from the charges of those who disbelieve.

كُنتُمۡ خَيۡرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخۡرِجَتۡ لِلنَّاسِ

You are the best people raised for the good of mankind.

ذَٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤۡتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ

That is Allah’s grace; He bestows it upon whomsoever He pleases.

ذَٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤۡتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ

That is Allah’s grace; He bestows it upon whomsoever He pleases.

وَاِنۡ کَانَ کَبُرَ عَلَیۡکَ اِعۡرَاضُہُمۡ فَاِنِ اسۡتَطَعۡتَ اَنۡ تَبۡتَغِیَ نَفَقًا

And if their aversion is grievous to thee, then, if

قَالَ مُوۡسٰی لِقَوۡمِہِ اسۡتَعِیۡنُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ وَاصۡبِرُوۡا ۚ اِنَّ الۡاَرۡضَ لِلّٰہِ

Moses said to his people, ‘Seek help from Allah and

فَيَنظُرَ كَيۡفَ تَعۡمَلُونَ

'that He may then see how you act.’

مَا کَانَ لِاَہۡلِ الۡمَدِیۡنَۃِ وَمَنۡ حَوۡلَہُمۡ مِّنَ الۡاَعۡرَابِ اَنۡ یَّتَخَلَّفُوۡا

It was not proper for the people of Medina and

لِنَنظُرَ كَيۡفَ تَعۡمَلُونَ

that We might see how you would act.

يَـٰٓأَرۡضُ ٱبۡلَعِي مَآءَكِ وَيَٰسَمَآءُ أَقۡلِعِي وَغِيضَ ٱلۡمَآءُ وَقُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ وَٱسۡتَوَتۡ عَلَى ٱلۡجُودِيِّ

‘O earth, swallow thy water, and O sky, cease raining.’ And the water was made to subside and the matter was ended. And the Ark came to rest on al-Judi.

اِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا الذِّکۡرَ وَاِنَّا لَہٗ لَحٰفِظُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰﴾

Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most

لَا تَقۡفُ مَا لَيۡسَ لَكَ بِهِۦ عِلۡمٌ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡبَصَرَ وَٱلۡفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ كَانَ عَنۡهُ مَسۡـُٔولٗا

Follow not that of which thou hast no knowledge. Verily, the ear and the eye and the heart — all these shall be called to account.

وَلَا تَقۡفُ مَا لَيۡسَ لَكَ بِهِۦ عِلۡمٌ

And follow not that of which thou hast no knowledge.

مَن كَانَ فِي هَٰذِهِۦٓ أَعۡمَىٰ فَهُوَ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ أَعۡمَىٰ

whoso is blind in this world will be blind in the Hereafter.

وَقَدۡ خَابَ مَنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ

'And surely, he who forges a lie shall perish.’

فَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ ٱلرِّجۡسَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَوۡثَٰنِ وَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ قَوۡلَ ٱلزُّورِ

Shun therefore the abomination of idols, and shun all words of untruth.

ٱللَّهُ نُورُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.

وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنكُمۡ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ لَيَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ كَمَا ٱسۡتَخۡلَفَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ

Allah has promised to those among you who believe and do good works that He will surely make them Successors in the earth, as He made Successors from among those who were before them.

كَمَا ٱسۡتَخۡلَفَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ

As He made Successors from among those who were before them.

قُلۡ مَا يَعۡبَؤُاْ بِكُمۡ رَبِّي لَوۡلَا دُعَآؤُكُمۡ

Say to the disbelievers: ‘But for your prayer to Him my Lord would not care for you.

اَحَسِبَ النَّاسُ اَنۡ یُّتۡرَکُوۡۤا اَنۡ یَّقُوۡلُوۡۤا اٰمَنَّا وَہُمۡ لَا یُفۡتَنُوۡنَ

Do men think that they will be left alone because

اِنَّ اللّٰہَ وَمَلٰٓئِکَتَہٗ یُصَلُّوۡنَ عَلَی النَّبِیِّ ؕ یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا

Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet. O

مَا لَنَا لَا نَرَىٰ رِجَالٗا كُنَّا نَعُدُّهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَشۡرَارِ

‘What has happened to us that we see not the men whom we used to reckon among the wicked?

وَقَالَ رَبُّکُمُ ادۡعُوۡنِیۡۤ اَسۡتَجِبۡ لَکُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ یَسۡتَکۡبِرُوۡنَ عَنۡ

And your Lord says: ‘Pray unto Me; I will answer

قُلۡ اِنۡ کَانَ لِلرَّحۡمٰنِ وَلَدٌ ٭ۖ فَاَنَا اَوَّلُ الۡعٰبِدِیۡنَ ﴿۸۲﴾

Say, ‘If there had been a son to the Gracious

فَاصۡبِرۡ کَمَا صَبَرَ اُولُوا الۡعَزۡمِ مِنَ الرُّسُلِ وَلَا تَسۡتَعۡجِلۡ لَّہُمۡ

Have patience, then, as had the Messengers of strong determination;

إِنَّ بَعۡضَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِثۡمٞ

For suspicion in some cases is a sin.

لَّا یَمَسُّہٗۤ اِلَّا الۡمُطَہَّرُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۸۰﴾

Which none shall touch except those who are purified.

وَٱللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ

But Allah will perfect His light, even if the disbelievers hate it.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَرۡسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلۡحَقِّ لِيُظۡهِرَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِ

He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of Truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions.

ءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡ

among others from among them who have not yet joined them.

ءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ

among others from among them.

وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡ

And among others from among them who have not yet joined them.

وَّاٰخَرِیۡنَ مِنۡہُمۡ لَمَّا یَلۡحَقُوۡا بِہِمۡ ؕ وَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الۡحَکِیۡمُ ﴿۴﴾

And among others from among them who have not yet

فَاصۡبِرۡ لِحُکۡمِ رَبِّکَ وَلَا تَکُنۡ کَصَاحِبِ الۡحُوۡتِ ۘ اِذۡ نَادٰی

So be thou steadfast in carrying out the command of

اِنَّاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکُمۡ رَسُوۡلًا ۬ۙ شَاہِدًا عَلَیۡکُمۡ کَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلٰی

Verily, We have sent to you a Messenger, who is

كَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ رَسُولٗا

Even as We sent a Messenger to Pharaoh.

اِنَّاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکُمۡ رَسُوۡلًا ۬ۙ شَاہِدًا عَلَیۡکُمۡ کَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلٰی

Verily, We have sent to you a Messenger, who is

وَجُمِعَ الشَّمۡسُ وَالۡقَمَرُ ۙ﴿۱۰﴾

And the sun and the moon are brought together,

وَاِذَا الرُّسُلُ اُقِّتَتۡ ﴿ؕ۱۲﴾

And when the Messengers are made to appear at the

اِذَا الشَّمۡسُ کُوِّرَتۡ ۪ۙ﴿۲﴾

When the sun is wrapped up,

وَاِذَا النُّجُوۡمُ انۡکَدَرَتۡ ۪ۙ﴿۳﴾

And when the stars are obscured,

وَاِذَا الۡجِبَالُ سُیِّرَتۡ ۪ۙ﴿۴﴾

And when the mountains are made to move,

وَاِذَا الۡعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتۡ ۪ۙ﴿۵﴾

And when the she-camels, tenmonth pregnant, are abandoned,

وَاِذَا الۡوُحُوۡشُ حُشِرَتۡ ۪ۙ﴿۶﴾

And when the beasts are gathered together,

وَاِذَا النُّفُوۡسُ زُوِّجَتۡ ۪ۙ﴿۸﴾

And when people are brought together,

وَاِذَا الصُّحُفُ نُشِرَتۡ ﴿۪ۙ۱۱﴾

And when books are spread abroad.

اِذَا السَّمَآءُ انۡفَطَرَتۡ ۙ﴿۲﴾

When the heaven is cleft asunder,

وَاِذَا الۡکَوَاکِبُ انۡتَثَرَتۡ ۙ﴿۳﴾

And when the stars are scattered,

وَاِذَا الۡبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتۡ ﴿ۙ۴﴾

And when the rivers are made to flow forth into

قَدۡ اَفۡلَحَ مَنۡ زَکّٰٮہَا ۪ۙ﴿۱۰﴾

He indeed truly prospers who purifies it,

وَاَمَّا بِنِعۡمَۃِ رَبِّکَ فَحَدِّثۡ ﴿٪۱۲﴾

And the bounty of thy Lord, proclaim.
