He served as an exemplary Ahmadi Muslim missionary throughout his life in Karachi, Faisalabad (Lyallpur), Sheikhupura, Sargodha, and Lahore. He also authored several biographies (Ḥayāt-e-Ṭayyibah, Ḥayāt-e-Nūr, and Ḥayāt-e-Bashīr) and the history of the Lahore Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (Tārīkh-e-Aḥmadiyyat).
