Chapter Two— The Judgment Circumstantial Evidence (a) Once a great controversy took place between a number of Muslims on one side and a number of Christians on the other, concerning the ‘accursed’ death of Jesus on the cross and his resurrection. The Muslims took an ‘accursed’ death as a great insult to Jesus, one of the great messengers of God, but the Christians took it as a divine gift for humanity. It so happened that the Christians lodged a petition in the court against the Muslims, and the case was heard by two independent judges of high understanding. After the hear- ing, they issued the following judgment. (a) I have written up the ‘Circumstantial Evidence’ in the form of a judg- ment. It may be easier thus for my readers to understand.
