Islam · is not represented by ·the Muslims of Arabia or Syria or Iran or Afghanistan. When and if Muslims of the world become united in the name of Islam, only then can we have ·a Muslim Jamaat. It will be a Jamaat uniting the different sections of Muslims into one world community. Until such a Jamaat emerges in the world, we have to admit -'that Muslims are. not a Jamaat.
