The following are considered to be the heir of a deceased person according to Islamic : Shari‘ah − − Son; Father; Grandfather; Brother; Nephew; Paternal Uncle; Cousin; Husband; Daughter; Mother; Grandmother; Sister; Wife. 2. A killer will under no circumstances be eligible to get a share from the person whom he has killed. 3.
