WA S IYYAT RULES 55 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE OFFICE OF BAHISHTI MAQBARAH The Bahishti Maqbarah office shall arrange that:- 1. Photocopy of each basic document of Wa s iyyat is filed in the M usi 's Wa s iyyat file and the original documents are kept in safe custody. 2. If the approval of Wa s iyyat or action on the M usi 's application for assessment is protracted or otherwise delayed the M usi is kept informed of the progress. 3. The entries in the column provided for 'Ref. of action taken', in the incoming D a k Register, are kept up-to-date. 4. On receiving information from S adr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan's Chest, the amounts received without detail are entered in a Register date-wise and District-wise; and initiate correspondence with the respective Jam a‘ ats to procure relevant details. 5. (a). Amounts received towards Chandas ' Shar t Awwal ', ' H i ss a A mad ', ' H i ss a A mad at the rate of Chanda ‘ A m and ' H i ss a Jai'dad ', from prospective M usi s whose Wa s iyyat is still under consideration for acceptance, are treated as ' Am a nat ', so that in case of non-acceptance of the Wa s iyyat these amounts may be refunded or adjusted towards Chanda ‘ A m if so desired by the person concerned. (b). The amounts received towards expenses for notification of Wa s iyyat , under Rule 29 and 38, are not refundable. 6. The amounts of Chandas received from those M usi s whose Wa s iyyat has been cancelled under Rule 63, 66 or 68 and who under Rule 73, 75 or 77 apply for restoration of Wa s iyyat are treated as ' Am a nat ', so that in case of non-acceptance of their application for restoration such amounts may be refunded or adjusted towards Chanda ‘ A m if so desired by the person concerned; and till the decision of the application for restoration of Wa s iyyat , such amounts are not entered in his personal ledger.
