" These two quotations also serve to show that even in the lifetime of the Promised Messiah as I entertained the belief that he was a Nabi , and that I did not keep the conviction a secret in my own bosom but availed myself of every opportunity to declare it in public. After quoting these references published during the lifetime of the Promised Messiah as , I would now quote some others published after the death of the Promised Messiah as , so that it may be clear to all seekers of truth that at no time has it been my policy to make a secret of my convictions, nor have 1 ever been slow to give publicity to them.
