196 he had bestowed upon the opponents of these doctrines opprobrious names like Pharaoh, etc. In fact, it appears that it was due to my advocacy of these very doctrines that he recognised me to be the Promised son of the Promised Messiah as. When, towards the close of the year 1914, Khwaja Kamaluddin returned from England, he delivered a lecture at Lahore at a meeting of the friends and partisans of Maulawi Muhammad Ali. The lecture was printed and widely distributed. I published a reply to it in my book called Al-Qaulul Fasl. In that book I discussed all the three questions: (i) the prophethood of the Promised Messiah as , (ii) Kufr of non-Ahmadis, (iii) the Quranic Prophecy relating to Ahmad.
