97 were brought to the notice of Hadrat Khalifatul Masih I ra. (ii) This led to some correspondence between Khalifatul Masih I ra and Zahiruddin. Apparently this means that after reading the book or some other leaflet, Khalifatul Masih I ra wrote to Zahiruddin. (iii) When nothing fruitful resulted from the correspondence, Khalifatul Masih I ra made an announcement to the effect that as Muhammad Zahiruddin was promulgating new beliefs he was not to be considered as having any connection with the Ahmadiyya Community. Before entering upon a systematic refutation of these statements, I wish to say at once that all these statements are incorrect and have been made designedly with a view to misleading the public. There is no doubt that M. Zahiruddin now entertains beliefs repugnant to the teachings of Islam and of the Promised Messiah as , but no such beliefs found a place in the book Nabiyyullah Ka Zahur nor was the book at all looked upon with disfavour by the Ahmadiyya Community.
