A Review of the Pakistani Government’s “White Paper”: Qadiyaniyyat—A Grave Threat to Islam [ 67 ] That is, I have perfected My faith for you, and have completed My favours upon you and I have declared Islam as your faith. That is, the reality which under- lines the word Islam—which Allah the Almighty has Himself explained—should be firmly established among the Muslims. This verse has unequivocally stated that the Holy Qur’an constitutes a perfect teaching and that the age in which it was revealed was the most suitable for its revelation. Therefore, the claim to perfection made by the Holy Qur’an is fully justified and befits the Holy Qur’an alone. No other revealed Scripture has made such a claim. The Promised Messiah as further writes: The expression Kh a taman-Nabiyy i n which has been applied to the Holy Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be on him] demands that the Book that was revealed to him, should be the most perfect of all Books and should comprise all excellences.
