31 strangers turned against him and yet the treasures of this world were conquered at his hands. If God did not exist then who came to his aid? If all of this was caused by chance, there should have been at least one prophet who came to establish the eminence of God, but was disgraced by the world. However, all those who have come to elevate the name of God have met with honour and dignity. Allah the Exalted says in the Qur’an: ِ هللا َ حِزْب َّ فَاِن اٰمَنُوْا َْ وَالَّذِي ٗ وَرَسُوْلَه َ هللا َّ يَّتَوَل َْ م 15 َ ن ْ الْغٰلِبُو ُُ ه Those who take Allah and His Messenger and the believers for friends should rest assured that it is those who believe in Allah that must triumph. EIGHTH PROOF The eighth proof found in the Holy Qur’an for the existence of Allah the Exalted is the acceptance of prayer. Whenever an individual supplicates to Him in a state of anxiety, God accepts their entreaties.
