سال 1965ء 165 تاریخ احمدیت۔جلد 23 لمبی بیماری کے بعد وفات پاگئے۔آپ کی عمرے ۷ سال تھی۔جماعت احمدیہ کے افراد پاکستان کے تمام حصوں اور متعدد بیرونی ممالک سے ربوہ پہنچ رہے ہیں تا کہ اپنے امام کو آخری خراج عقیدت پیش کر سکیں۔آپ کو کل نئے خلیفہ کے انتخاب کے بعد دفن کیا جائے گا اور خلیفہ کے انتخاب کے لئے انتخاب خلافت کمیٹی کا اجلاس ہورہا ہے۔جو مارننگ نیوز کراچی ۹ نومبر ۱۹۶۵ء Tuesday, November 9, 1965۔Rajab 14, 1385۔Ahmadiyya Chief Passes Away RABWAH, Nov۔8: Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad, head of the Ahmadiyya sect passed away here early this morning after a protracted illness He was 77۔Members of the Ahmadiyya community are pouring in from all parts of Pakistan and from many foreign countries to pay their last homage to their departed leader۔The body will be laid to rest tomorrow after the new Chief (has been) named by the electoral college meeting here for the purpose۔AYUB'S MESSAGE President Mohammad Ayub Khan in a condolence message to Mirza Nasir Ahmad has said: "I am grieved to learn of the sad demise of Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad۔May his soul rest in peace and God grant you and members of your family and his followers courage to bear this loss"۔Late Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad was born at Qadian (India), the pre-independence headquarters of the Ahmadiyya movement in Januray 1889۔He has left behind 13۔
