That is why, in my dream, ‘Abdull a h said that his wife was ill. By ‘Abdull a h is meant a Prophet, as in the Holy Qur’an the Holy Prophet, on whom be the peace and blessings of Allah, has been described as ‘Abdull a h. Mithan means the delight and comfort of health that one enjoys after the bitterness of illness. Maqb u l means that prayer was accepted. These are all profound metaphors and allegories.
