Thirty-five years or so have passed since this revelation was vouchsafed. I communicated this dream to an A rya 11 who lives in Qadian. Then it so happened that on the final date of the hearing only the defendant appeared in the court with some of his witnesses and no attorney, etc. , appeared from this side. The defendant and all witnesses, upon their return in the evening, spread the news that the suit had been dismissed. On hearing this news, the said A rya accused me of falsehood and mocked me. It is difficult for me to put into words the pain and torment that I suffered at that time, for it was hard to imagine that all these people, which included some who were impartial, would make a statement contrary to the facts.
