Who can Save You Now? On one occasion, in the course of a journey, the Holy Prophet saw and his Companions decided to take rest among a grove of trees, to avoid the heat of the sun. The party spread themselves out and lay down to rest in the shade. The Holy Prophet saw also hung up his sword by the branch of a tree and lay down to rest. It so happened that a bitter enemy of the Prophet saw had been following the party for some distance. He considered this a good opportunity to kill him. He, therefore, sneaked up to the Holy Prophet saw and finding him unguarded, took his sword from the tree, and drew it to attack him. The Holy Prophet saw woke up in surprise. The man lifted the sword up and said, ‘Who can save you from me?’ ‘Allah’ said the Prophet saw very calmly.
