- 67 - Exercise No. 3 This exercise is the same as the third exercise of Lesson No. 5. To increase the degree of difculty try lifting your body and legs further than previously. Exercise No. 4 1. Get into press-up position as before. 2. Every time, before returning to ground level, rise high enough to touch your chest and clap with your hands. (This completes one movement of this exercise) Exercise No. 5 This is the same simulated running as before.
