In view of the aim just mentioned, the Promised Messiah laid extreme emphasis on two basic things: (1) belief in the perfect Unity of God; and (2) belief in the Apostleship of the Holy Prophet Muhammad with a pledge of perfect love, obedience, and devotion to him. And these are exactly the two things which have been enjoined in the Kalima Tayyiba, namely, la ilaha illalho Muhammadur rasulullahi "There is none worthy of worship except Allah, and Muhammad is.
