A A m m i i n for Bashir Ahmad, n for Bashir Ahmad, Sharif Ahmad, & Mubarakah Sharif Ahmad, & Mubarakah ار ےس وقتی ٰ اطع ےہ ی اُس � ی ہ � مہ ےس ہک ااسحن ِ دخا ےہ ی ہن � We have been granted Taqwa [righteousness] by that Friend; It is not from us; for it is a gift of God. رکو وکشش ارگ دصق و افص ےہ اےہ ت ِ اقِلِ لِصِ وہوجرشط اح ی ہک� Strive hard if you are truthful and sincere; So that you attain righteousness, which is the prerequisite to Liq a [ communion with the Beloved]. ےہ امن اخقل ا ویئ ںیہن ی ویئ آ� ہ ی � ےہ دُاع ںیہن ی ِ فیس وجرہ اِک ہ ی � This is the mirror which reflects the Creator; This alone sharpens the sword of prayer. اےہ ت ِّ ت ا�ِ ی یکڑج� ی ںیہن رہا ِک� ڑج ریہ بس ھچک راہ ےہ ی ارگ � The root of every virtue is the Ittiq a [ fear of God]; If this root is intact, everything will remain intact. ےہ ِ اوایلیاء ِ اشن رخف اک ہ ی � ایک ی ا ےہ ی ادت اِن ںیم ی زجب وقتی ٰ ز� This alone is the hallmark of the lofty status of saints; What more do they have, except righteousness? ےہ دخا ا ںیہن ِی ب � وہ ہک ارو ی � ڈرو ےہ ُ ازجلاء دار ہ ی � وسوچ، ارگ Fear Him O friends! He is the All-Seeing God; If you ponder over it, even this world is the place of reward and punishment. Revealed second verse
