146 ٍ َ بِدَائِم َ لَیْس َّ الْعُمْر وَاِن تَـبَصَّرْ! ٍ َ بِدَائِم َ لَیْس َّ الْعُمْر وَاِن ُتَـبَصَّرْ! ُ سَیَنْدُر َ الزَّمَان ْ طَال وَاِن َِنَا اَلَک ُ ُ سَیَنْدُر َ الزَّمَان ْ طَال وَاِن َِنَا اَلَک Open your eyes, for life will not last forever! Every one of us—no matter how long we live—will die one day. ٗ َ تَخْشَی الْحَسِیْب َ وَنَارَہ اْل َ فَـمَالَك ٗ َ تَخْشَی الْحَسِیْب َ وَنَارَہ اْل َ ُفَـمَالَك َ وَتُؤْثِر ُ الْجَحِیْم َ تَخْتَار ُوَمَالَـك َ وَتُؤْثِر ُ الْجَحِیْم َ تَخْتَار وَمَالَـك What has befallen you that you do not fear God the Reckoner? What has come over you that you have opted for Hell! َ مُوْجِبًا ْ لِکُفْرِك ُ تَکْفِیْرِي اَتَجْعَل َ مُوْجِبًا ْ لِکُفْرِك ُ تَکْفِیْرِي ُاَتَجْعَل ِ یَھْـصِر الْقَبْر اِلَی ْ یَوْمًا َ تَتَّقِی اْل َ ُو ِ یَھْـصِر الْقَبْر اِلَی ْ یَوْمًا َ تَتَّقِی اْل َ و Do you—by declaring me a disbeliever—cause yourself to be a disbeliever! Do you not fear the day that will drag you into the grave? اِذَا بُغْت َ فِي الدُّنْیَا مِن َ الْعَیْش ِ بَارِدًا ُاِذَا بُغْت َ فِي الدُّنْیَا مِن َ الْعَیْش ِ بَارِدًا َ وَتَنْتَر الْمَعَاد َ تَبْغِي اْل َ ُفَـمَالَك َ وَتَنْتَر الْمَعَاد َ تَبْغِي اْل َ فَـمَالَك And while you seek comfort in the life of this world, What has come over you that you—becoming lax—seek not the comfort of the Hereafter? نَا َّ ُنْت َ جَوْعَان َ الْھُدَی فَتَحَر ک ْ فَاِن نَا َّ ُنْت َ جَوْعَان َ الْھُدَی فَتَحَر ک ْ ُفَاِن َ وَنَنْحَر الضُّیُوْف نَقْرِي َ اِنَّنَا اْل َ ُا َ وَنَنْحَر الضُّیُوْف نَقْرِي َ اِنَّنَا اْل َ ا If you are indeed hungry for guidance, then come to me; I serve my guests, slaughtering (animals) for them. اِذَا اَشْرَقَت ْ شَمْس ُ الْھُدٰی وَضِیَاءُھَا ُاِذَا اَشْرَقَت ْ شَمْس ُ الْھُدٰی وَضِیَاءُھَا ُتَجَلّٰی فَلَیْس َ الْفَخْر ُ اِن ْ صِرْت َ تُبْصِر تَجَلّٰی فَلَیْس َ الْفَخْر ُ اِن ْ صِرْت َ تُبْصِر When the Sun of Guidance shines forth and its light becomes manifest, There would, then, be no glory in declaring that you can now see.
