۴۔59 59 روز نامہ امروز لاہور ( ۲۴۔اپریل ۱۹۵۲ء) کے نامہ نگار نے لکھا: بانی جماعت احمدیہ کی زوجہ محترمہ سپردخاک کر دی گئیں لا ہور ۲۲ را پریل۔مرزا غلام احمد بانی جماعت احمدیہ کی اہلیہ محترمہ حضرت سیدہ نصرت جہاں بیگم کو جواتوار کی شب وفات پاگئی تھیں آج صبح ربوہ میں سپرد خاک کر دیا گیا۔نماز جنازہ آپ کے بڑے صاحبزادے مرزا بشیر الدین محمود احمد امام جماعت احمدیہ نے پڑھائی ، جس میں ہزار ہا افراد نے شرکت کی۔مرحومہ کو احمد یہ جماعت میں کافی بلند مقام حاصل تھا۔مقاصد کی تکمیل میں نصف صدی سے زائد عرصہ تک سرگرم عمل رہیں۔“ اخبار دی سول اینڈ ملٹری گزٹ (۲۳ اپریل ۱۹۵۲ء) کی خبر کا متن یہ تھا: MIRZA GHULAM AHMAD'S WIDOW LAID TO REST ( From a Correspondent) Rabwah, April 22۔The body of Sayyeda Nusrat Jahan Begum۔Widow of Late Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement who breathed her last on sunday night was laid to rest this morning at Rabwah۔The funeral prayer was led by her oldest son, Mirza Bashir ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad, the present Head of the community and was attended by several thousand people from all classes of society۔Besides members of the Ahmadiyya community from various parts of the country, a large number of the general public reached to join the Rabwah funeral
