روحانی خزائن جلد ۱۴ ۳۷۲ اتمام اصلح جناب ممدوح نے اس جلسہ کے تمام روئداد کو جو ۲ رمئی ۱۸۹۸ء کو قادیان میں متعلقہ اُن قواعد کے جو گورنمنٹ نے انسداد بیماری طاعون کے لئے جاری کئے منعقد ہوا اور نیز اس تقریر کو جو مرزا غلام احمد رئیس قادیان نے اُس وقت کی بڑی خوشی کے ساتھ پڑھا۔ حضور ممدوح کا منشا ہے کہ میں اس مدد کے شکریہ کا اظہار کروں جو کہ اس جلسہ کے ممبروں نے گورنمنٹ کو دی۔ ( دستخط ) نقل نوٹ از سول ملٹری گزٹ مورخہ ۰ ارجون ۱۸۹۸ء۔ At an influential meeting of the Muhammadans held recently at Qadian under the auspices of Sheikh۔ Rahmatullah Khan of Lahore, prayers were offered for the cessation of the plague and an address was delivered by Hakim Noor - ud - Din in support of the۔ Government measures of segregation etc, for the suppression of the disease۔ An acknowledgement of this loyal support has been communicated to the promoters of the meeting۔ The gist of the address was to the effect that Government was actuated solely by dictates of humanity in its measures for the suppresstion of the disease, that those measures are necessary, that stories that Government desires to poison the people are both lies and foolish and should not be believed for a moment by any body with pretensions of being sensible, and that for females to put aside the ۱۳۱
