Reply to the Second Question 27 Second: S u rah adh-Dh a riy a t, 51:13— َنْوُلَٔـْسَي َناَّيَا ُمْوَي ِنْيِّدلا They ask: When will the Day of Recompense be? No answer was given to this, probably for the reason that it forever remains [the Day of Recompense], or because they were referring to the Day of Judgment. Third: S u rah an-N a zi‘ a t, 79:43— َكَنْوُلَٔـْسَي ِنَع ِةَعاَّسلا َناَّيَا اَهىٰسْرُم They ask: When will the Hour come? The reply given to this was: S u rah an-N a zi‘ a t, 79:44–45— ىٰلِا َكِّبَر اَهىٰهَتْنُم َمْيِف َتْنَا ْنِم اَهىٰرْكِذ۰۰ Why are you concerned with these matters? The knowl- edge thereof rests only with the Lord. Fourth: S u rah al-A h z a b, 33:64 — َكُلَٔـْسَي ُساَّنلا ِنَع ِةَعاَّسلا They ask concerning the Hour. The reply given to this was: S u rah al-A h z a b, 33:64— اَمَّنِا اَهُمْلِع َدْنِع ِهّٰللا The knowledge of it is with Allah alone.
