Response to the booklet entitled Ilh a m i Girgit 103. علمھا الخلق ي ل ٍ انت َ منّی بمنزلۃ Meaning: ‘Your status with Me is that which the world knows nothing of. ’ These words are similar to those the Holy Quran records with regard to Adam: 1 َلاَق ْۤيِّنِا ُمَلْعَا اَم اَل َنْوُمَلْعَت [‘He answered, “I know what you know not”’] ( Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya , Part 5, Ru ha n i Khaz a ’in, vol. 21, p. 80–81; Barahin-e-Ahmadiyya, English ed. , published 2018, p. 139). Esteemed readers! Please note that the above excerpt explains the revelation تعلمون. ل قال اني اعلم ما [meaning: I know what you know not]. It describes the loving relationship that exists between God and His servant. It is a spiritual relationship of a very high order. The case of one who does not have a private relationship with God is cause for concern. A secret and hidden relationship with God provides beauty to a believer’s worship (of God) and is a reflection of his nearness to God. This has been explained by our Prophet Muhammad s as in the following words: ُ ِّإِن َّ أَغْبَط َ النَّاس ِ عِنْدِي ْ عَبْد ٌ مُؤْمِن ٌ خَفِيف ُ الْحَاذ ِ ذُو ْ حَظ ٍّ مِن ْ صَلَةٍ، أَطَاع َ رَبَّه وَأَحْسَن َ عِبَادَتَه ُ فِي السِّر Without a doubt I like that believer the most who has the 1.
