168 that you work with such keenness, diligence and absorption as if you thought you were never going to die ; وَاحْذَرْ حَذَرَ أَمْرِي يَخْشَى أَنْ يَمُوتَ غَدًا but over matters concerning the ultimate value of things, be so careful and warned as if you were going to die the very next day.
