When use of water could lead to illness. 3. When there is the danger that the use of water may increase the intensity of the illness. 4. When there is fear from enemies or wild animals at the water source. 5. When only drinking water is available [due to scarcity of water]. There is not adequate equipment to draw water from the well or the cost is unreasonable or excessive.
