NOAH'S ARK by the Muslim clerics on the whole, who found my claim to be intolerable. They exhausted every possible means to destroy me. Thus, in the above revelation, God Almighty has illustrated the pain and suffering that overwhelmed my heart as a result of the hue and cry raised by the ignorant. There are other revelations to this effect. Related to this also is the revelation on page 516 of Barahin-e- Ahmadiyya as follows: See the twelfth and thirteenth lines of page 516 of Barahin-e- Ahmadiyya. When he was informed that I had claimed to be the Promised Messiah, he wept profusely and said that my father was a decent man. By this he meant that I was nothing like him, for my father was a pious, honest, upright and pure-hearted Muslim. Similarly, many people suggested that by making this claim, I had blemished my family. (Author) 83
