Muhammad sa The Perfect Man 903 Hadrat Bil a l bin Ha rith relates, "When the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa used to go to answer the call of nature, he would go very far out. " 12 In the same manner, "He would not raise his loin cloth until he was very near the ground. " 13 Hadrat ‘Abdull a h bin ‘Abb a s ra relates, "The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa used to take a bath in his house, shielded from others in such a way that no one ever saw his bare body. " 14 Even though a husband and wife's relations are very intimate, Hadrat ‘ A ’ishah ra 's report shows the excellence of H u du r sa 's modesty. She related that she never saw H u du r sa 's private parts. 15 Once the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa passed near a person who was admonishing his brother about his shyness and was saying, "You display so much modesty that it causes youharm. " The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa stopped him by saying," Do not stop him from being modest as modesty is part of faith. " 16 Nevertheless, the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa did not like that shyness should interfere with learning the precepts of religion or the matters of Shar i ‘ah. Hadrat ‘ A ’ishah ra praised the women of Mad i nah whose shyness did not stop them from learning the tenets of faith. 17 Once the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa enquired from his Companions as to which
