CHAPTER 34 The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa 'sUnique Valour 820 in the valley of Makkah. H u du r sa inviting him to Islam said, "Would you not fear All a h and accept the message which I am conveying?" He replied that if he was convinced of the truth of that message, he would accept it. The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa said, "If I knock you down in a wrestling match, would you be convinced that my message is true?" He replied, "Yes. " The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa invited him to a dual. Ruk a nah started to wrestle. The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa caught hold of him and threw him on the ground. Ruk a nah could not believe it and thought it a mere chance. So he asked to wrestle again. The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa defeated him once again. Ruk a nah was very arrogant and vain about his capability as a wrestler and was amazed at being defeated. The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa said, "I can show you even more amazing signs on the condition that you fear All a h and follow my path. " Ruk a nah went to his people and said, "O people of Mun a f, you can cast a spell on the whole world through Mu h ammad, I have never seen a greater magician. " Then he related the whole incident and this resulted in his acceptance of Islam. 7 The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa endured the days of siege in She‘b-e-Ab i Ta lib with fortitude. Here, he was in danger of his life and Ab u Ta lib used to change his sleeping place every night to safeguard him from attack.
