CHAPTER 26 The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa 's Love for his own Offspring and other Children 650 The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa was ever so mindful of a mother's love for the child. He once said, "A person who separates a mother from her child, God would put distance between him and his loved ones. " Once prisoners from Ba h rain were lined up, the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa saw a woman among them who was crying. When he enquired of the cause of her grief, she told him that her young child had been sold to the ‘Abas tribe.
