CHAPTER 8 The secrets of the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa 's Acceptance of Prayers 170 accompanying the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa during a journey. A woman with a child met him on the way. She told the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa that the child suffered numerous fits during his sleep. H u du r sa asked her to hand the child over to him. He placed the child on his saddle, opened the child's mouth and blew into it three times. The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa gave him his own saliva and said: "In the name of All a h, O the servant of All a h, O All a h's enemy, get lost". Then H u du r sa passed the child back to the woman and told her to meet him on his return journey at the same place and inform him of the condition of the child. When the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa reached that place, the woman was present there and had three goats with her. The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa enquired about the child. She told him that by God, the child had not suffered fits since then. She presented the three goats to H u du r sa as a gift. The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa told Hadrat Ya‘l a ra to dismount, take one goat and return the other two to the woman. 58 Hadrat Ibn-e-‘Abb a s ra relates that a woman brought her child and informed him that the child suffered from fits of hysteria at meal times.
