123 ِ ُّم ك َ التَّھ َ ھٰذَا ً بَعْض ال ْ ِ مَھ ْفِر ك أَمُ ُ قَال َ ل َ تَقْف ُ فَاحْذَر ٍّ خَف ْ قَھْر َ رَب َ و O one who calls me a disbeliever! Calm down, And fear the power of the Almighty, who says: ‘And follow not that of which you have no knowledge. ’ ٌ َ کَافِر ٌ قُلْت ْ مُسْلِم ُ إِنِّي ْ قُلْت إِذ َ و ُ الْمُتَھَوِّر أَیُّهَا َا ی َ التُّقٰی ْن ی فَأَ When I say I am a Muslim, you say I am a disbeliever; O audacious one! Where has your piety gone? إِن ْ کُنْت َ ل َ تَخْشٰی فَقُل ْ لَّسْت َ مُؤْمِنًا َ و ُ تُخْبَر َ َّ و ٌ تُسْئَلَن ْ زَمَان َأْتِي ی َّ و If you do not fear God, you must declare that you are not a believer; Indeed the time is coming when you will be held accountable and made aware. إِنِّي ْ تَرَکْت ُ النَّفْس َ وَالْخَلْق َ وَالْھَوٰی َ و ُ ل َ الْمَدْح ُ یُبْطِر َ ْنِي ْ و ی ِ َ السَّب ُّ یُؤْذ ال فَ I have abandoned the self, the creation, and avarice; Consequently, neither vituperation distresses me nor does praise make me proud. کَان َ مِن ْ أَکْبَر ِ الْعِدَا ٍّ کَم ْ مِّن ْ عَدُو َ و ُ ُ أَصْغُر صِرْت ْ صَاغِرًا أَتَانِي فَلَمَّا There are many who used to be my mortal enemies; When someone from among them approached me with humility, I reciprocated with even greater humility. ْ َ أَنَّنِي ْر ی ٍ غَ ْ کُھْرُوْرَة ُ بِذِي لَسْت َ و ُ ٍ أُصَعِّر ْ عِنَاد ذُو َ فُحْشًا زَاد إِذَا I am not a man with a grudge; When someone surpasses the limits in hurling abuse at me, I simply turn away from such a person.
