~ 69 ~ Alms: S a- daqah , are a means of cleansing wealth, re- pentance, Take alms out of their wealth, so that thou mayest cleanse them and purify them thereby… 9:103 collection & distribution of ¬ , A lms are for the poor who are detained in the way of Allah and are unable to move about in the land. The ignorant man imagines them to be free from want because of their abstaining f rom begging.
