Malf uza t - English translation of Urdu Volume 8 16 22 October 1905 ( Journey to Delhi) At first, it was thought that Hadrat Ummul-Mo’min i n [Mother of the Believers; i. e. , the wife of the Promised Messiah as ] would go to Delhi with her noble father, M i r N as ir Naww a b. However, when the Promised Messiah, peace be on him, performed istikh a rah 1 concerning her departure before Allah the Exalted in the prescribed manner, he received the following revelation: ی ْ مَعَك َ و َ مَع َ اَھْلِكَ. ِّ مَعِيَ. اِن اْلَّ ِ وْا مَوْرِدًا ا ُّ َ تَرُد اْل ٗ مَعَہ اْلَّ ِ َ تَقْعُدُوْا ا اْل َ َ تَقُوْمُوْا و اْل ی ْ مَعَك َ و َ مَع َ اَھْلِكَ. ِّ مَعِيَ. اِن اْلَّ ِ وْا مَوْرِدًا ا ُّ َ تَرُد اْل ٗ مَعَہ اْلَّ ِ َ تَقْعُدُوْا ا اْل َ َ تَقُوْمُوْا و اْل [Do not stand or sit except with Him. Do not stop at any place except with Me. I am with you and with the members of your family. ] These revelations made it necessary for the Promised Messiah to go to Delhi with his family members. When the Promised Messiah as dis- closed his intention to travel, a few Companions accompanied him with his permission. This humble one, the writer, was sick and suffering from a fever for a few days. However, H u du r [the Promised Messiah as ] said: ‘Come along.
