Therefore, there is no question of any inter- pretation as this would make a mockery of the Holy Qur’an and so the literal translation is necessary—which would be the following: We made livestock in eight pairs of the type, which you see falling from the sky; they fall like rain and you run to catch them and leash them and take them to your home, and even then you deny the blessings of God Almighty. So these are the verses that are related to various types of nuz u l. Now I return to the part where they have raised an objection about the Promised Messiah as. The essence of their argument is that in the traditions of Holy Prophet sa , the word nuz u l has been used regarding the advent of Jesus Christ as and therefore one must not be allowed to translate it in a manner that requires any interpretation. Hence, whenever we Ahmad i s depart from the literal translation, they deem it ridiculous. According to them, our reasoning is weak, meaningless, and ridiculous.
