Our present proclamation is likely to create misgivings in the minds of the people that this declaration (God forbid) negates the genuineness of Muhammad sa , the Messenger of Allah; but it would be wrong to draw this conclusion from the aforesaid proclamation. Hadhrat Muhammad sa is the Messenger of Allah despite this proclamation; in fact he is the Khaatamun- Nabiyyeen , i. e. , the Seal of the Prophets. He is an adornment for the earlier prophets and, in future , no one can be appointed to the station of Prophethood unless he bears on him the impress of the Seal of Hadhrat Muhammad sa , the Messenger of Allah.
