296 With Love to Muhammad sa the Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n Do not say: “There is no Prophet after him” بَ]ْدَہ a َّ ‘َِبH a ﻻ a ت`وFوا a وﻻ a ِ اﻻHٓبiآء a ُ خَاتَم a اHَِّہ a CوFوا Say, “He is the Kh ā tam-ul-Anbiy ā ’ ,” but do not say, “There is no prophet after him. ” This statement has already been presented in the chapter entitled Opinion of the Sah ā ba ra , Ā ’immah, and Mujaddid ī n rh , along with the interpretations of the above had ī th by various scholars of Isl ā m, all of which support the Ahmadiyya Muslim understanding. Farhan Khan tries to refute the Ahmadiyya Muslim view with a had ī th narrated by Hazrat Mugh ī rah ra which we thoroughly discussed in the chapter The Death of Hazrat ‘ Ī s ā bin Mariam as. No matter how hard Farhan Khan tries, the truth is that these statements do not support him at all and are completely consistent with the Ahmadiyya Muslim understanding. Farhan Khan’s only excuse is to bring the subject of the return of the Israelite prophet – Hazrat ‘ Ī s ā as – to prove his points. About that, it must first be noted that both Hazrat Ayesha ra and Hazrat Mugh ī rah ra believed in the death of Hazrat ‘ Ī s ā as. Hazrat Ayesha ra is reported to have said: َ وGَِاL a َ ْنMِ ْرXِ@ a َ @َاش a GرM م a ابن a ٰ ‘Wi@ a َّ اِن ً َۃeَ: a َ ۃ Surely, ‘ Ī s ā Ibn Mariam as lived for 120 years. 292 Similarly, Hazrat Mugh ī rah ra is reported to have said: 292 Hijajul Kir ā mah, Page 428, and Maw ā hib Ad-Dunya , Volume 1, Page 42
