77 APPEALS MADE BY MARKAZ 1. These include all the Appeals which are occasionally made by Markaz. They belong solely to the Markaz , for instance, Maryam Sh a d i Fund, Buy u tul H amd , Ta‘m i r B u y u tul Dhikr , Sayyidn a Bil a l Fund, Baitul Fut uh London, Ta hir Foundation, Yat a ma Fund. 2. All these shall be included in the Central Am a nat. Their details of receipts and payments should be separately sent on the prescribed format. CENTRAL AM A N A T Broadly this shall also include other central am a n a t , apart from the above Appeals, for instance, subscription to Al-Fa d l International , Review of Religions etc. LOCAL AM A N A T This includes, in addition to the local am a n a t , the Chandas of the Auxiliary Organisations like Majlis An sa rull a h , Majlis Khudd a mul Ahmad i yya and Lajna Im a ’ill a h. These should not be included in the budget instead the report of their receipts and payments should be sent separately to Markaz on the prescribed format. LOCAL FUND In order to fulfil local needs Local Fund can be established, according to the conditions laid down in the Rules. But this should not be more than one percent of the collective sum of the Obligatory Chandas. Moreover it shall not be included in the national budget, rather being local fund it will be entered in the Local Am a n a t.
