29 7–Parents to Pray for Their Children Ambreen then reminded the class of a saying of the Holy Prophet s as , in which he instructed Muslim par- ents to pray for their children. She said that the Holy Prophet s as had mentioned special prayers for that pur- pose. Some prayers are: َّو ْيِنْبُنْجا َو َّيِنَب ْنَا َدُبْعَّن َماَنْصَاْلا َّو ْيِنْبُنْجا َو َّيِنَب ْنَا َدُبْعَّن َماَنْصَاْلا ‘And keep me and my children away from worship- ping idols. ’ ( S u rah Ibr a h i m, 14:36) ِّبَر ْيِنْلَعْجا َمْيِقُم ِةوٰلَّصلا َو ْنِم ْيِتَّيِّرُذ ِّبَر ْيِنْلَعْجا َمْيِقُم ِةوٰلَّصلا َو ْنِم ْيِتَّيِّرُذ ‘My Lord, make me observe Prayer, and my children too. ’ ( S u rah Ibr a h i m, 14:41) اَنَّبَر ْبَه اَنَل ْنِم اَنِجاَوْزَا َو اَنِتّٰيِّرُذ َةَّرُق ٍنُيْعَا َّو اَنْلَعْجا َنْيِقَّتُمْلِل اًماَمِا اَنَّبَر ْبَه اَنَل ْنِم اَنِجاَوْزَا َو اَنِتّٰيِّرُذ َةَّرُق ٍنُيْعَا َّو اَنْلَعْجا َنْيِقَّتُمْلِل اًماَمِا
