Hakeem Sahib married thrice. From his first wife, Fatima Sahiba (daughter of Sheikh Mukarram Sahib Bhervi), he had nine sons and five daughters. From his second wife, Sughra Begum (daughter of Sufi Ahmad Jaan Sahib) and also known as Ammaji, he had one daughter, Hadhrat Amatul Hayee, who was married to Hadhrat Khalifatul Masih II, and six sons.
