Sixteemh Friday Senno11 Mar 08, 1991 While she was recounting this incident to me, I could not decide whether I felt more love for this daughter of mine, or for those hungry children, who after my daughter's little act of kindness, reciprocated with so much love. And I thought that in life, there are times when one encounters such instances where human values supersede the ties of blood that bind man together. And in the history of man, the greatest display of the dominance of the human values over the demands of blood relationship was in the time of His Holiness, Hazrat Muhammad. . . . Without doubt, that was a time when the obligations of every blood relationship had been demoted to a secondary position. The greatness of the Holy Prophet Muhammad. . . was that he raised human values to their highest pinnacle. We need to bring back those times. These are the human values which will rescue the Third world. We need to bring back those times. These are the human values which will save the Third world. THE RESULTS OF TRAMPLING UPON DESCENT HUMAN VALUES But these are the human values which are being trampled upon under your feet and in consequence, the decree of God continues causing you to be trampled under the feet of the big nations. Why have you failed to understand this hint of God's decree? It is a pity that these two countries, in their greed to possess the paradise of Kashmir, have driven the poor of their countries into veritable hell. Thus, no matter how many other solutions are tried in the Third world, the future of the Third world cannot be changed, the Third world cannot become free and independent until self respect, human dignity and the values of kindness and gratitude are re-established and a commitment is made to protect all human values. The advanced nations which are referred to, as the nations of the First world are not only free and independent, but are becoming even more poised to enslave you. As I have mentioned earlier, the economic development taking place there is such that in the future, irrespective of whether or not they desire it, they shall be compelled to further trample upon the poor nations of the Third world. The West cannot allow their standard of living to drop. Their political leadership is incapable of advising their nations to lower their standards of living. Whichever party attempts this, would lose the next elections. They are now caught in such an evil trap, that they are compelled to perpetrate one 322
